How to recover delete or lost files

It's a sick feeling when you see that some important text or irreplaceable images have disappeared from your computer. But that is no reason to give up hope. Chances are the data is still there, even if you know you deleted it. Your computer app doesn't know how to get it again.

The four most common causes of data loss are:

* Removal. You accidentally deleted a file during disk cleaning or because you thought it was no longer needed. Not in the Recycle Bin. However, the data will continue to exist until another file uses the space occupied by the disk.

* Overwriting. You have saved a new file over the old one. However, old data still exists and can be recovered.

* File system corruption. The disk suddenly appears empty, or file names and folders contain gibberish. Files may still exist, but their references are lost or corrupted, and the application cannot retrieve them.

* Physical injury or hardware failure. You receive error messages when you try to read the disk or the computer does not detect it at all. Details may be available on the disk itself, but the drive cannot access them. In either case, there is a good chance that the data is still there. The computer operating system cannot detect it. Still, the data recovery software can if the problem is hardware failure where the data recovery service can retrieve data using special equipment.

Prepare to receive data There is one basic rule of data acquisition: to have a good chance of finding files, you must not write any new data to the disk it was stored on. Old data will remain on disk only until another file uses space. If the disk is the main drive of your computer, then the industry is always written. You should turn off the computer immediately and then use another computer to search for a solution to retrieve your data. You must insert your youcomputer's's hard disk into another computer for data recovery, or use a data recovery from a CD or floppy disk because installing data

Some devices are designed to recover deleted files, while others may be useful for recovering overhead files or recovering files from hard disk drives. Some data recovery software products are specifically designed to retrieve images or document files from Microsoft Word or Excel.
