To protect yourself from the virus. Try to avoid contact with people who display symptoms similar to those of pneumonia or the common cold by coughing or a runny nose.
Symptoms:-
The following symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the new coronavirus COVID-19.
• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea

How do you know if your symptoms are those of an allergy or something else?

How do we protect:-
• Wear a mask, when you are around people
• Spend time outdoors to get some sun and boost your vitamin D
• Stay healthy by eating a well-balanced diet and exercising
• Try to maintain one-meter distance from those around you
• Avoid crowded places, especially when indoors
• Keep windows open to increase ventilation when indoors
• Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds
• Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
• If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care.
Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.
Wash your hands frequently with soap and water and scrub for at least 20 seconds. Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer when possible.
Avoid animals and animal markets.
Wearing mask:-
• Before putting on a mask, clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water
• Cover mouth and nose with the mask and make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask.
• Avoid touching the mask, while using it
• Replace the mask with a new one as soon as it is damp.
• To remove the mask, remove it from behind and discard immediately in closed bin.
Note:- Make sure it covers both your nose and mouth If you don’t have access to a surgical mask, a cloth mask is a good alternative.
Practice good hand hygiene:-
• Wash for at least 20 seconds If you can’t use soap and water, hand sanitizer is a good alternative. Make sure sanitizer is 70 percent alcohol.
• Practice social distancing, maintain at least 6 feet of distance between you and others. Plan outdoor activities when possible.
Avoid crowds Consult your doctor before stopping any medications:-
• Continue to take your medications as prescribed. It is important to avoid disease flares.
Work from home if you can:-
• Staying at home is the safest thing you can do for yourself. If you can’t, know what the risk is in your work environment.
• Wear a mask and make sure those around you also wear a mask
• Social distance at work if possible.
Don’t ignore your own symptoms:-
• Make sure you own a thermometer & take your temperature regularly
• Contact your doctor if you have any symptoms.
Understand your risk:-
• Keep Your disease under control
• Ask your doctor if you are high risk
• Know the rates of COVID-19 where you live.
