How to post to multiple Facebook groups at once.

If you want to simplify any task, you use tools, right? Well, Community Managers do it too and that is why they use tools like Postcron, to schedule posts that are published automatically on Social Networks.

The main advantage of this tool is that it is extremely simple and intuitive, allowing you to save time and effort.

So you can schedule daily posts for a whole month (on Facebook pages and groups, Instagram and Twitter accounts, LinkedIn profiles and pages, Pinterest boards) in just a few hours.

How to post to multiple Facebook groups at the same time?

Login to Postcron.
Add the groups in which you want to schedule your posts.
Create your text, image and/or link posts.
Schedule them on the day and time you want.

As mentioned above, keep in mind that you do NOT need to be the group administrator, but you DO need the Postcron application to have been added to the group you want to add to your Postcron account.

The first thing you have to do in order to start scheduling your posts is to add your accounts to Postcron. Since this is a "groups" tutorial, you should click "Add Group" in order to add them to your dashboard.

It may happen that you need to update your accounts at different times, to achieve greater effectiveness of the communication strategy. Each type of public has its times, and knowing them is essential to reaching the audience. To meet these requirements, Postcron enables you to publish in the groups that have the Application added to the group, specifying the publication time.

All you have to do is:

enter Postcron,
select the account(s) in which you want to schedule your posts,
create the post (you can add text, images or links and it will be published as a native Facebook post) and
Press the Schedule button It's that easy!

b) Post in many groups at the same time: “using Predefined Schedules”

Tasks in Social Media can become repetitive, especially when you have to publish content at fixed and specific times.

So that you don't end up becoming a robot, Postcron offers you the possibility of publishing in groups using predefined schedules. That way you only have to set the time of publication during each day of the week only once for each account (If necessary, you can modify the hours as many times as you want).

To activate this feature, you must:

enter Postcron and
Click on the “ My Account ” menu visible at the top of the home page, option “ Social Accounts ”.
Immediately you will see your social accounts added to the application appear on the
screen. Next to each of them, you will find the button “Predefined Publication Times”.
Add there, all the times of the week, in which you want to schedule your posts.
Then, in the main panel, when you schedule your posts, you must select Schedule at
your predefined times.

c) Post to several groups at the same time: “uploading a list of posts from an Excel spreadsheet or Google Docs”

As you can see in the previous file, the spreadsheet must have 8 columns in all cases (from the letter A to H), each of which is intended to organize different types of content for later loading:

In column A you place the text of each publication.
In column B you insert the year in which you want to post.
In column C you place the month in which the publication will be made.
In column D you enter the day you want to publish.
In column E you insert the time of publication (for example 18).
In column F you write the minute in which you want to publish the post that day (for example 30).
In column G you place a link to an image that you want to accompany your post (the image must have a JPG or PNG extension to be correctly scheduled).
In column H you insert a link to your web page or the site you want.

The last two columns are optional, that is, they can be left empty.
