How to play PUBG in Mobile
1.How to set up PUBG Mobile
Choose your credentials wisely: You can play as a guest, and use Facebook or Twitter to log in to PUBG Mobile. Facebook or Twitter means you have to sign in to your account, but then you can sync your data, so you can switch to another phone or tablet without losing all your progress.
2.Get your phone ready
PUBG Mobile is a challenging game and your phone needs to be as good as possible. Remove anything you don't need from it and close any other apps you might have running in the background. You may also want to turn off auto-brightness — it can dim the game during gameplay, so you won't see as well. Brighter = better. Get your network ready: There's not much you can do, but you need a good connection to the PUBG servers for a lag-free experience. Test your network speed with something like a Speed test (Apple App Store, Google Play) and avoid trying to game while someone else is streaming 4K content. Our home Wi-Fi reports 5ms and it works great.
3.Plug in your headphones
PUBG Mobile has great sound, and your phone's speakers often don't cut it. Plug in your headphones and get an immersive experience — it also helps you spot an approaching enemy.
4.Welcome to the PUBG lobby
After starting the game, you'll be loaded into a lobby where you can change a variety of settings, choose your game type, organize your friends, earn rewards, and manage your inventory.
5.How to choose your server
On the start screen you will see "server" in the top left with a drop-down menu. A server for your region makes sense as it will likely have the fastest speeds for you. Check the ping, you want it to be green, something like 20ms, for silky smooth playback.
6.How to adjust the frame rate
Tap the settings gear in the upper right corner, then tap Graphics. Here you can find the frame rate. If things look choppy, you might want to go low. If you have a powerful phone, try a high one.
7.How to set the graphics level
You will be prompted when you first log in, but you can also adjust the PUBG Mobile graphics level to manage the details.Play around with that and the framerate and adjust if the game isn't running smoothly — but also watch the ping to make sure it's not server lag. There is also an automatic option — it will make the game smooth and adjust the settings for you.
8.Turn on HDR mode
OK, so this is a bit of a cheat, as we have yet to find a phone that reports HDR support in PUBG, but when it comes, you'll find this option in the graphics section of the settings.
9.How to adjust the reticle
Tap the settings gear in the upper right corner, then tap Basic. At this stage,You also change the colour of your character.
10.Aim Assist On/Off
How challenging do you want the game to be? Aim assist helps you hit the target if you're generally pointing in the right direction. It's in settings basic.
11.Use your phone's gyroscope to help aim
If your phone has a gyroscope, you can use movement to navigate the game. The best option is to have aim help when you're in the crosshairs or using your weapon's sights — then you can move your phone instead of using the joystick. When you have to react quickly, it can be much faster and more natural.
Top tip: These game settings above can be changed during gameplay, so you can toggle and change them on the fly if you don't like the results.
12.How to get clothes on your character
You start in underwear, but you can accumulate clothes in your inventory. You can buy clothes with real money in the store, or you can unlock clothes during gameplay by gaining BP and opening crates. Some dresses are temporary, some you can keep. There are always close in the game that you can pick up as you play.
13.How to choose First Person Mode or Third Person Mode
First Person View (FPP) is a recent addition to the game that gives you a different perspective. Under the Start button, you will see the option to choose between FPP or TPP (Third-Person Perspective). Both game views are rated separately, so make sure you play both.
Choose Classic for a longer 100-player game or Arcade for shorter, faster games. Many Arcade modes are now available from version 6 — Mini-Zone, Quick Match, or Sniper Training. You can have a random selection or choose which one you want to play.
14.Choose another map
As of version 5, two maps are available — Er angel and Miramar. You can find the map selection option under the game mode. If you select both, it will randomly select one for you.
15.How to select a Solo, Duo, or Squad game
Under the Start button, there is another drop-down menu next to the game mode. Click here to select a game type. There are daily missions for different game types, so it's worth mixing it up.
