How to play Muggle Quidditch?

If I were to tell you that we could play a game with broomsticks and balls, would I find you excited or frown upon it? I have a well-rooted reason for being a Harry Potter fan, so let me explain myself a bit.

What number of Muggle Quidditch teams exist?

Before the formation of the International Quidditch Association (IQA) and its separation from USQ in 2014, it acted as the sport's global governing body. The highest level of competitive Muggle quidditch matches in North America was then played in the newly established 16-team MLQ league, which was founded a year later.

Fantasy quidditch

The game was invented by JK Rowling in her ever-famous fantasy novel, Harry Potter. In the magical world of Harry Potter, this game is played by two teams. Each team has 7 players mounted on broomsticks.

How to play

1. Keep your broomsticks steady.

In quidditch, you must always have one hand on your broomstick and hold it between your legs. Each player needs to have a broomstick they use exclusively.

2. Discover how the bludgers work.

Take four balls. You need four balls to play Quidditch. The quaffle, or volleyball, is the only kind available. The bludgers, two dodgeballs, are present. One person has a little ball, similar to a tennis ball, fastened to their body.

3. Find out how to win points

The quaffle (volleyball) is attempted to pass through the hoops at the ends of the field by the players. If a quaffle goes through the hoop, that team receives 10 points. Catching the snitch by snatching the ball tied to the player carrying it is the only other way to earn points. 30 points are awarded to the team that grabs the snitch.

4. Find out how the bludgers work

Contrary-team players hurl bludgers at one another. Before returning to the game after being struck by a bludger, a player must get off their broomstick and tag one of the hoops at the end of the field.

5. Declare penalties as necessary.

There is always one ref in Quidditch. When players are not abiding by the rules, the referee must call penalties. You get to pick how long a player should be out of the game after you call a penalty. The following actions are punishable: A foul is committed if you don't keep your broomstick in the proper posture (between your legs with one hand on the stick). A foul is committed if you don't get off your broom and tag a hoop after getting struck with a bludger. It is a foul if any player touches the snitch besides the seeker. A foul may be called for any rough play, such as pushing or hitting.

The game has three types of balls, which are called SNITCH QUAFFLE BLUDGER

Each team has seven players.

1 seeker who tries to find an aim to catch the snitch (reward: 150 points).

3 chasers who shoot the hoops with the quaffle ( rewards 10 points).

1 keeper who keeps the rings.

They have 2 beaters who protect their team from blugeres carrying a club.

Muggled-up quidditch

In the Harry Potter books, the word "muggle" is used for non-magical creatures We do not have flying broomsticks and enchanted balls in our daily lives.

Therefore, we play the game on the ground. Here are other magic Muggle-UPS of the quidditch game.

Quaffle is a volleyball

Bludgers is Dodgeball.

A SNITCH is a tennis ball inside a sock, dangling from the waistband of a player (easier to imagine it as a tail). Broomsticks are normal broomsticks.

The oval pitch is changed to a rectangular pitch in the actual game. Because they are not magical and are not intended to fly on their own, Muggle credits require someone called "snitch runners," who are not members of their teams. Their job is to run around with the tennis ball, which is usually put into a solid and fixed to the back of a person. They must avoid being caused by Seeker because then the tennis ball snatchers catch it and get it. The game has received your recognition and regional and international tournaments in 2008 and the last US cup of 2019, so let's make a romantic cover for this and go and make some QUIDDITCH history.
