How To Pamper Your Child With Massage

A common dilemma of most mothers is whether the baby needs a daily beauty ritual or not. And if so, how to choose which products and the like. Children's skin is very sensitive. Their needs are also different. You cannot use adult cosmetics on children's skin. This also applies to small children. But even these little ones have their needs. Their skin may peel, they may develop dandruff, some may lose their hair, and rashes are also common. Don't worry, we'll tell you how to take care of all your baby's beauty needs here.

The meaning of massage

Babies and young children have delicate skin. Needless to say, it should be treated gently, using mild soaps and shampoos. Massaging the skin with the oil before bathing keeps the skin soft and clean. In fact, baby mas sage is probably the most important part of baby care. In addition to the benefits for the body, mas sage plays an important role in healthy emotional development. In Ayurveda, massage is considered a form of therapy and a way to maintain good health of body and mind. Modern studies also show that massage helps strengthen emotional bonds and gives the baby a sense of security and mental well-being. The power of touch is a nurturing power, and our need is great. Touch is said to actually promote emotional well-being. Massage also has many physical benefits. In the first months, the child develops almost no physical activity. Massage promotes blood circulation, muscle tone and growth.

Choose the right massage oil

The Ayurvedic system advocates choosing oil according to the season. Olive, coconut and sunflower oil are good in summer, while almond oil and mustard oil are recommended for winter. Sesame oil (til) is very popular in Ayurvedic massages in every season. It is said to suit all "dosh as". You can choose any of these oils, but make sure it is pure. Oils with a strong perfume should not be used on children.

Regular shampoos are a must

Hygiene and cleanliness also apply to hair. Regular shampoos are a must. Children also develop a scaly scalp. The scales should not be pulled out. They should be softened by applying baby oil with a cotton ball. Leave it on for a day and then wash your hair and scalp with a baby shampoo that doesn't sting the eyes. When washing the baby's scalp, care should be taken by pouring water from front to back so that the water does not run over the face.

Don't neglect the magnifiers

Children approaching puberty may be prone to dandruff. In fact, neglecting dandruff can lead to rashes and blemishes on the skin. If the condition is severe and itching occurs, consult a dermatologist. The scalp should be kept clean and healthy. For dandruff, wash your hair three times a week with a mild herbal shampoo. Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a cup of water and use as a final rinse after shampooing.

Get rid of lice

The problem of lice is very common in children. Vinegar is a simple remedy for lice. Apply the vinegar to your scalp and hair. After half an hour, comb with a fine lice comb. Remove nits (eggs) by hand. Vinegar loosens lice and nits and makes them easier to remove. Then wash your hair with a very small amount of shampoo. After shampooing, add two tablespoons of vinegar to a cup of water and use as a final rinse. Comb again with a fine lice comb. Do this daily for one week.

Another home remedy for head lice is to heat water and add né em leaves to it. Do not boil, but let it simmer for a few minutes on low heat. Then let the né em leaves sit in the water overnight. Drain the water the next day. The water would have cooled by then. This water can be used as a final rinse. You will need to comb with a fine lice comb and remove the nits by hand.

Beauty cannot be achieved in a day. It is the result of regular care and a healthy lifestyle. The importance of good health should never be undermined. This is the true foundation of beauty.
