1. MAKE A PLAN
This is the first and foremost thing students should do while preparing for neet exam. Not for just neet, this planning approach towards study will help students succeed in every exam.
There is a lot of material students study from, which is required considering how tough neet exam is, and only an effective study plan can allow students to study from other books too.
2. PRIORITY
Students must prioritize. Find the most important Neet exam preparation chapters in each subject and make them a priority.
Be prepared for these chapters so that you don't lose points if the questions in each chapter appear randomly on the exercise sheet.
3. CONNECT
Not only stick to one learning material, but also complete it and jump to another learning material.
This is also done in the research program. Change your approach to learning from time to time to keep things fresh. Set and plan your weekly goals, and once your weekly plan is successful, move it to your daily learning plan.
4. TAKING REGULAR BREAKS
Students should understand that studying hourly hours of the day is not a best practice. This is neither productive nor healthy.
Given the level of the NEET exam, it's important to work hard, but it's also important to take a break. May you be ready to start when you return to your research.
Use your break by doing to refresh you. Exercise, play with friends, take in fresh air, whatever.
5. TALK TO PEOPLE ABOUT IT
Students get stressed and this is normal, preparing for an exam like neet gets you stressed cause it demands more hard work than any normal exam.
Talking about the stress is the best way of relieving it. Talk to your friends, to your parents, to your teachers or to anyone you feel right talking with.
Don't be afraid of talking to your teachers on a topic you don't understand well or you have doubts about a particular topic.
6. Being Positive
Positive thinking leads to positive results. It also helps students manage stress and anxiety.
A stressed mind does not help you perform better, but it can make it worse. Just work hard and do whatever you can to prepare for Neet, don't be discouraged while worrying about it.
7. Eat properly and stay healthy
Staying healthy is important, especially while preparing for other exams, not just neat.
Good nutrition helps your brain function optimally. The healthier you are, the more you can focus on your hard work.
A healthy diet includes eggs, grains, brown sugar, dried fruits, spinach, and broccoli. Try eating foods that are rich in iron and vitamins.
8. Avoid Distraction
Focus on neat preparation and stay consistent, keeping one arm away from distraction.
Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter and Instagram are at the top of the list of distractions. Don't spend a lot of time on these platforms or do anything that seems distracting. However, it's not easy not to make time for these or other things you enjoyed in college. So what you do is you can plan your distractions.
Set up a schedule where you can spend your leisure time.
9. SLEEP WELL
This is very common among students who think staying up all night before the test will help.
But that's not it. Studies have shown that you're more likely to remember what you've learned and do well on tests if you sleep well.
10. DO NOT COMPARE
Comparing your preparation with your friends is not a good idea. Focus on your studies and projects.
Comparison can break your confidence which is not good for the exam at all.
