How much development humans have done. We have internet, improved hospital facilities, transport, and much more. As we see in today's world with the development people are getting busy. They are so busy earning money and fulfilling their family's needs that they can't even enjoy a single meal with their family. And this causes lots of mental health issues.

For humans, a healthy body is essential. To make our body healthy, two kinds of health matter: physical health and mental health. Physical health is important for making our body fit, and mental health is important for making our mind fit. Mental health affects our emotions, thinking ability, and behavior. We should look at physical and mental health in the same way. People think this disease isn’t real, or this is just a state of mind. Still, I want to say yes, this disease is as harmful as other big known diseases like cancer, etc., because diseases like cancer destroy one’s body while mental illness destroys one’s positive thinking.

They feel alone while sitting in a room full of people; they feel like their life is such a waste; they lose hope in every aspect of life, leave everything, and hide at someplace where they do not need to get out meet anyone out there. They are so much mentally disturbed that they cannot even solve the small-small problem of their life. And the most important problem is that one doesn't know what to do and what not to do. They think there is nothing left in their life. They just lose hope.

Mental illness is like any other medical illness. Mental illnesses are health conditions involving changes in emotion, thinking, or behavior (or a combination of these). It can be caused by stress, family issues, relationship problems, financial burden, physical health, etc. It causes depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and substance use behaviors. It can be cured by changing your lifestyle. Here are some things to help with mental illness:-

  3. Keep yourself busy.
  4. Don’t overthink.
  5. Spend your time in works of social well-being such as orphanages, nursing homes, and educate poor children.

People are not taking mental health seriously these days. They measure the happiness of a person through their physical health and wealth. A person of good physical health and wealth may also have a mental illness, so we should not measure people's health by these factors.

Mental health is physiologically based on wellness. This is what we feel, respond and think. This is all about our inner happiness. We need to figure out how we feel about ourselves. If you're facing a problem, first try to find the solution. If unable to find it, remember that after each night, there will always be morning. Be patient and never think of leaving your life behind. You are worth a lot. Put your faith in what's right.
