When Albert Einstein was in college, his teachers dismissed him as a lazy student. Because he used to skip classes and engaged just to playing the violin frequently. At the age of 21, Einstein almost gave up his dream of becoming a physicist when he was rejected for the job of a lab assistant, and instead, he had to work as a clerk in a Swiss patent firm. A couple of years later, he was able to submit four papers back to back, which changed the way the world looked at Physics. How did all that happen .?
He didn't spend a lot many hours studying and working and trying to cram everything. He just had this habit of spending a significant amount of time away from his family, friends, and even his work, and he would often go off into the forest and stay in those cabins in the mountain and play the violin.

Doing nothing should not be seen as laziness. We need to spend a little bit of time every single day in solitude without our phones, without our friends, no books, no music, no sound, just us and preferably nature. This is the time for you to reflect, reflect on your priorities, maybe reflect on what you studied yesterday, reflect even on your music lesson but just spent time in solitude, and you will find the results to be starting. Productivity is not about getting a lot of things done. It's about getting the right things done in the least amount of time.

Now let's discuss some more practice to be more productive and energetic. So you can always get the vibe to follow your passion.
1) Five-second rule
The five-second rule concept comes from a book called "The Five-Second Rule." by Mel Robbins. The authors suggest a window between the moment you have an instinct to change and your mind killing it. It is a five-second window. Usually, know what we have to do, but we most certainly overthink and end up not taking action if we start to think about it. Imagine that you hear the alarm clock in the morning; you know that you have to wake up. But you start to think that once you start to think, you will come up with all the reasons you don't have to wake up and stay in bed for another hour. What you have to do is when you heard the alarm clock, you have to count 5-4-3-2-1.. and you have to wake up before counting 1. The reason why this rule works is that it locks out all the excuses, worries, and self-doubt while you were counting. You can apply this rule every time you have to take action. Need to make an important phone call? Simply count 5-4-3-2-1 and make the phone call.

2) Co partners
Always plan an activity, study a chapter or a project or an assignment, plan it with a friend. Now the monkey mind doesn't let us work, but the monkey is also social. When you work with a friend, almost 100% of the time, the monkey lets your work. You will get the amount of productivity in that one session beats two to three hours of studying alone. Remember you have to choose here the right partner.
3) Don't break the chain
It is also called the calendar trick. Now every day that you complete your schedule and work, you put a cross on the calendar, and you put up the calendar prominently on a wall, and soon you start seeing the cross pattern every single day, and you don't want to break that pattern. And you will find that just being able to put that cross on the wall motivates you to work that day. So laziness and procrastination are like credit cards. It's great fun to use till you get the bill.
Remember some tips too. Always eat good and healthy food at the right time. Get motivated frequently. You can read motivating books, watch videos, chat with friends who can motivate you in the right manner. Practice meditation or engage in working out, which refreshes your mind and body.
