Ever heard of claims about having your own online business? "It's easy to do," they said. They say: You can make so much money. “You do not need experience to succeed,” they boast.
But is that true? Are “they” right? Can you make serious money online without any experience and do it easily?
Yes and no.
The “no” part of my answer comes from the hard-won experience I gained after joining almost every program under the sun and doing nothing. Nada. Zip.
Oh, it sounded good, but the truth was that I always had to do something I could not do to do it. "Just write a letter" or "just create a website" or "just make 25 sales calls a day" I was told after they had my money.
I’ll bet you were there too, so let’s move on to the good stuff. I want you to meet the full online business.
A complete online business is not a single company or opportunity, as it is a set of conditions that you can use to get you a complete business. Many businesses meet all of these criteria, and I would strongly suggest not preparing any business that does not meet all of them.
Condition 1 - The product that people want, will buy, and benefit from owning
Do not miss the importance of this. There are three aspects here, and they must all be present before your online business can become real and stable.
Your product must be something that people want because people buy emotionally. Every so often, it will be. But more than just wanting it, they need it enough to take action, buy it from you. I want to have a villa in Spain, but I can't fulfill that desire ... yet!
And then of course the product has to fulfill the promise of profit. That may mean different things to different people, but the important thing is that your product must do as expected.
Find a product or products that do that and take the first step in finding your perfect business.
Condition 2 - A large market for people who will spend money on the type of product you offer
This is important and is often not missed in a business test. If you provide the product that people want and buy but the market size you reach is very small, the success will not be apparent.
This is a common misconception, but it is often overlooked. It is much easier to earn $1 per million people than to make $1 million on a single sale. Just ask people who sell villas in Spain!
Rule 3 - There is no need to do anything you are not prepared to do
Here, too, common sense is often overlooked. If you are forced to move out of your comfort zone by going into business, how can you expect to succeed in that business? Answer: you can't.
Now, don't get me wrong - we all need to grow and stretch. But I speak differently here. I'm talking about doing things you don't want to do, like calling "cold" calls, answering questions on the phone, or trying to "recruit" strangers or family members.
If you can shake your head up and explain your business with pride to your best friend, get another chance.
Scenario 4 - A team that will support you and help you grow in your success
This is also important. Being in business on your own does not mean being in business alone. Many online entrepreneurs are failing because they are lonely and frustrated.
Adherence to the right team means encouragement when you need it, having someone to celebrate your success with, and real people to help you learn any new skills you want to acquire.
Let me encourage you with this. Many businesses meet the above criteria and will give you the time and money you want and deserve.
Don't forget to be part of a company that offers products that you can be proud of, that are offered in the market big enough to help you get rich prizes, and support you as you deserve.
Get those things, and you will have met your full online business.
