Using burnt sienna as the basic colour, you can blend skin tones as follows:

To start, create a light skin tone by combining a small quantity of white with burnt sienna. This colour will serve as your base.
Add a tiny bit of cadmium red or yellow medium to the base colour to get a medium flesh tone.
Add a tiny bit of ultramarine blue or purple to the base colour to get a deeper flesh tone.
Increase the amount of white in the base colour to produce highlights. Add a little bit of black or some burnt sienna to create shadows.
