How to make skin healthy and youthful

Billions are spent each year on cosmetic products that promise to eliminate wrinkles, lighten age spots, and eliminate itching, flaking, or redness. But the easiest and cheapest way to keep your skin looking healthy and young is to stay out of the sun. Sunlight is a major cause of wrinkles, dryness and age spots. Your skin changes over the years. For example, you sweat a little, which increases thirst. With age, the skin becomes thinner and the fat disappears, so it looks dull and smooth. The lower extremities, veins, and bones are especially prominent. It can also take a long time for your skin to heal when you are injured. Sitting outside in the sun can greatly delay these changes. Although nothing can completely reverse the damage done to the sun, sometimes the skin can regenerate itself. Therefore, it is never too late to protect yourself from the harmful effects of the sun.

Now I would like to share with you six ways to look younger and reduce the aging process.

1. Wear protective clothing, a wide-brimmed hat covers your neck, ears, eyes and head. Look for sunglasses with the label that they block 99 to 100% of the sun's rays.  Wear loose-fitting, lightweight, long-sleeved shirts and long pants or sunscreen and remember that no part of your body should be uncovered when you go out of the house, especially in the sun.

2. Examine your skin regularly.  Look for changes in size, shape, color, or the appearance of birthmarks, moles, and spots. Consult your doctor if you notice any change in your concerns.  The American Academy of Dermatology reports that older, cleaner skin people undergo a medical examination each year as part of their regular physical examination.

3. Avoid artificial tanning and do not use shower pills and sunscreen cosmetics along with sunlight and bedding because diet pills contain an extra substance that makes your skin orange after you take it. The FDA has approved this food coloring supplement, but not for skin tanning. A large amount of dyes can be harmful to diabetes pills. Sunscreen cosmetic products are not suntan lotion and will not protect your skin from the sun and instead of those harmful things, use organic scrubs, cleansers, etc., which will help to renew your skin by pulling the dirt from your skin.

4. Use sunscreen according to your skin type, Sunscreens are rated 2 to 30 or higher according to the Sun Protection Factor (SPF).  Higher numbers mean longer security.  Buy products with an SPF number of 15 or higher.  Also see products with the label: Broad Spectrum (ie protection from harmful rays (both UVA and UVB) and water-resistant  (ie it stays on your skin longer, whether you are wet or sweaty)  Lubricate as needed.

5. Do not leave the sun and avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. UV rays can also pass through the water, so don't think you're safe when you're in the water and feeling cold.

6. Use seasonal fruits and vegetables, must use seasonal fruits and vegetables that help keep your skin fresh and youthful.

7. Cleanse your skin daily, it removes the dead skin from your face and also makes your skin soft and glowing and attractive.
