How to make skin glow

  1. Turmeric
Curcummini, found in turmeric, has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant qualities. It gets rid of the dangerous free radicals that cause skin damage. Additionally, it keeps your skin smooth and radiant and increases the production of collagen (2). To make the skin clear and radiant, gram flour gently washes it.
  2. You'll Require
Half to one teaspoon of powdered turmeric
Four tablespoons of gram flour, sometimes known as chickpea flour
    Water or milk?
    What You Must Perform
Stir the gram flour into the turmeric powder.
To make a paste, add enough milk or water to this.
Put some of this paste on your neck and face. After 15 to 20 minutes, turn it off.
    Use simple water to rinse.
  3. 2. Oil from coconuts
  4. The greatest skin type for this cure is dull, dry skin. In addition to providing the skin with necessary fatty acids, coconut oil retains moisture in the skin. It also strengthens the skin barrier and shields your skin from UV rays, while it cannot take the place of sunscreen (3). These elements can all give you glowing skin.
  5. Amount of virgin coconut oil required

What You Must Perform

Apply the oil to your face and neck after slightly warming it up.

Use light circular motions to massage for several minutes.

Keep the oil running all night.

Once or twice a week, you can exfoliate your skin with the oil and sugar mixture.

4. Making Soda

Baking soda balances the pH of the skin and exfoliates dead skin cells. Moreover, it possesses antimicrobial qualities that may aid in preventing infections (5).

You'll Require

One tsp baking soda

One tsp of extra virgin olive oil

Half a teaspoon of honey

What You Must Perform

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.

Using circular motions, apply the mixture to the damp face and neck.

Keep it running for ten minutes.

After rinsing with cold water, pat dry. Hydrate as normal.
