How to make restaurant style pizza at home

Do you also think that pizza in restaurants is very pricey? They are actually pretty harmful as well as pricey because they employ fake cheese in addition to outdated ingredients. Most often, inexpensive mayonnaise is misrepresented as cheese and is extremely unhealthy. By following a very simple recipe, you can cook pizza that tastes like it came from a restaurant. It tastes good and is far healthier than restaurant pizza. Test out.

Creating pizza dough: You need 1 cup warm water, 1 teaspoon each of yeast, sugar, and all-purpose flour, 3 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, and 1 teaspoon each of salt. Take a basin and fill it with warm water. Mix thoroughly after adding a teaspoon of sugar. After adding the yeast, wait five minutes. Bubbles will quickly start to form on the top. Take a deep bowl, add warm water to form a soft dough, all-purpose flour, yeast, oil, and salt. A good knead. 30 minutes should be set aside. The dough will have doubled in bulk. Drop to the ground and knead once more.

Roll it: Using a rolling pin, shape the dough into little balls that are about the size of a pizza. Use a fork to make little dots. The crust won't rise because of this.

Pizza crust: Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, or until the crusts start to just start to brown, in a partial oven at 250 to 300 degrees Celsius. Olive oil should be used to brush the pizza's whole surface.

The garnishes: Pizza sauce is first added as a layer. It is conveniently offered in the marketplace. The pizza will become soggy if the covering is too thick. If pizza sauce is not available, you can substitute tomato ketchup. Put a layer of shredded Mozerella cheese on top now. At this point, grated cheese cubes are another option. Add the onion, bell peppers, sweet corn, chicken, or paneer, all chopped. Add some grated mozzarella on top. It should be baked a second time for 5 to 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, or until the cheese melts and the vegetables develop a crust. Take it out of the oven, then let it cool.

Making the ideal pizza: The toppings will stick better if some cheese is added before the toppings.

- Keep a close eye on the pizza while it bakes, since it quickly turns brown.

- Allow the prepared pizza to cool before handling it; otherwise, you risk ruining it.

- To make the dough crisper while rolling the crust, lightly dust the surface with cornmeal.

- Before baking, the dough should ideally be chilled overnight.

- To ensure optimum stretching, keep the dough in a warm environment. Use olive oil for brushing instead of standard cooking oil to make a healthier pizza.

Use pita or tortilla bread as a suitable thin-crust substitute.

- Opt for healthier toppings like refried bean dip, salsa, pesto, or pumpkin pure.

- For a wholesome and filling supper, add lean steak, grilled chicken breast, and shrimp. This method is best to do at home. Using this method, we make pizza at home deliciously.
