As we all like to eat Murrabba, but we cannot prepare at our home very easily, we cannot maintain the taste as per the requirement. However, the process is straightforward, and we can easily prepare it at our home. In this article, we discuss the preparation process easily.

One of the best delicacies during the raw mango season is that everyone likes to eat murabba, and all feel that it might take a long time to prepare, and it may be tough to get that perfect taste.
In this article, I will explain in simple steps that how to prepare raw mango murabba, and the taste will be the same as made by our grandmothers.

Firstly, we need ingredients and that are mentioned below:

1. Take Raw Mangoes round about 1kg
2. Take Sugar the quantity should be the same as Mangoes, i.e., 1 kg
3. Take 1 tablespoon of salt
4. Take 1 tablespoon of chilly powder
5. Take 1 tablespoon of cardamom powder

6. Take 1 tablespoon of jeera powder
7. Take 1 tablespoon of coriander powder
8. Take 1 tablespoon of black salt if available

9. Take 1 tablespoon of amchur powder

10. 1/2 teaspoon of chilly flakes

11. 1 teaspoon chopped ginger.

Secondly, let's start the preparing process of Murrabba:

1. Peel off the mangoes and grate them all and wash them.

2. Take a kadhai and heat it for 10 seconds to get heated.

3. Now, take the peeled and grated mangoes, pour in the kadhai, and add sugar.

4.Let it boil for 5 minutes and stir the mixture repeatedly every 5 minutes.

5.Now add all the powder that I have mentioned In the ingredients part, stir it, and leave the lid closed for 10 minutes. ( Do not add chilly flakes and ginger)

6.Keep stirring every 2 minutes to make sure that the mixture doesn't get burnt.

7.Stir well and close the lid for 20 minutes. Keep stirring every 2 minutes, though. Keep the flame medium.

8.Open the lid and check the consistency of sugar. If it sticks to our fingers, then the syrup is ready. Now add chilly flakes and ginger. Could you keep it on gas for few seconds?

 9. Close the flame and let it cool for about 30 minutes.

10. Once cooled ur Murrabba is ready. You can store it in a glass container for about 1 or 2 years.

The above preparation is straightforward, and I wanted to share it with all who really like murabba and write this article. Most people like to have home food, but unfortunately, some food items cannot be prepared at home because the process may be longer or lack the taste. So you too can prepare at your home.

The above preparation steps are my self-experience, and I like the sweet and spicy murabba and have learned from different sources. You can change the taste; maybe u like sweeter or more spicy that completely depends on your choice of liking. The number of ingredients and time spent on cooking is elementary.
