How to make PANEER RICE in simple way to satisfy rice cravings.

Additionally, rice cooked every day in most houses can be made in different ways tto satisfy the cravings of homemade leftover cooked rice, which is a time-saving deal. It can also be converted to paneer tikka style by grilling the chunks of paneer similarly can also be done with soya chunks or boiled egg. The tomato-based PANEER gravy can also be consumed with roti or nanas as its popularity in north Indian cuisine is quite high. At the same time, its easy cooking style and high protein quality make it interesting and gives it a tried recipe. Overall,, with these same ingredients, one can also replace it with numerous other protein-rich vegetables, such aprotein-rich vegetables, such asnvegetarians.

 

ingredients 

  • paneer-50t0100 g
  • basmati rice- one cup
  • olive oil- 3 tbs
  • salt- as per taste
  • green chilies- 3to4 
  • ginger-garlic paste- 1tbs
  • tomato- 2 small to medium
  • onion- one medium
  • calcium- one medium
  • green peas-half cup
  • black pepper- 3to4
  • cardamom-2
  • cloves- 2to3
  • bay leaves- 2to3 small
  • cumin- half tbs
  • curd- half cup
  • gram flour - 1to2 tbs

 

METHOD TO FOLLOW

  • step1 Take one cup of regular or basmati rice and wash it twice with water. There after soaking the rice for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2 Add the rice to boiling water with salt and oil.
  • Step 3 Boil until rice is half cooked and starts coming upwards.
  • Step 4 Meanwhile, take all the vegetables, wash them, and chop them into pieces as per choice.
  •  Step 5 In a pan, add oil after few seconds,, add cumin, black pepper, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom
  • step 6 Add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilies, onion, tomato, capsicum, and any extra veggies as per choices.
  • Step 7 Let it cook for 2 mins. And add curd followed with gram flour.
  • Step 8 Finally,, add paneer, turmeric powder, coriander powder,, and salt as per taste.
  • Step 9 Let it cook at medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
  • Step 10 Thereafter adding boiled and strained rice into the same pan/wok and mix.
  • Step 11 Add extra water if the needed for rice cooking.
  • Step 12 Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 to 13 minutes with a regular watch.
  • step13  Turn off the gas flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

 

This entire preparation will take 20 to 25 minutes with two servings. This rice/pulao can be paired with plain curd or roasted cumin and mint curd. Undoubtedly it can be served as lunch, brunch, dinner or in a school lunch box for children. Give it a try and enjoy.
