how to make money online?

Most people believe that making money is a dirty, easy way to earn cash, while others would like to think they are able to spend their time on things more than earning cash. But with all the hype, I see how quickly many people are jumping right in and starting out on new projects to create more cash than they ever dreamed of. In this article, I will walk you through the steps to finding ways to get started in your own business and then turn that into a source of income that gives you passive income to start investing. When we are talking specifically about what makes it profitable for me to make money from doing stuff and not even having to pay rent, we will talk about Amazon Prime, but for now, let’s just talk about why we want to make money from our house with no rent. If you really like my writing, I would love it if you signed up and gave me some tips and tricks, so let’s get right in!

1) Use Facebook AdSense, Instagram Ads, etc.

Facebook ads and YouTube advertisements are great sources of monetization as well as getting your content in front and being seen by people who might be interested in buying from your store or product. Many websites charge you per click and as you can see above that can give you as much as $0.20 per click which is an excellent return to keep working for you instead of going broke. Just know that there is always room to sell through eBay, so go ahead and try that and find opportunities to sell products on those platforms. The main thing you should know though when researching products, to sell is not to be swayed. If you do decide to start selling your old products, then don’t force yourself to put them out at once. You could take them for a little longer, but if they aren’t selling well go ahead and look at other options, so everyone has something to sell. A good rule of thumb though is not to push a lot of your older products straight away and focus on newer ones since they don’t necessarily have to work better with you, but if they are still running hot then sell them.

2) Start Small Businesses

Start small businesses whenever possible and set it as a full-time one as well. You would be surprised how fast it takes you to build a brand name and begin earning cash. Start somewhere between 5 – 10 customers a month and keep building. It may take you longer than you’d like, but once it becomes established you can leverage many benefits for free as well. For example, even if you find one client who ends up paying you upfront, you can use that money to grow your inventory, which means you can have a bigger market with more products while cutting costs, so you can bring more revenue to your company. One thing to keep in mind though is being consistent. Do not get discouraged because there are still plenty of opportunities even when you struggle to earn cash. Always keep hustling and creating new products and services because it never hurts to create and then sell in the future.

3) Invest in Real Estate

Investing in real estate you need to know what type of property you own and what you intend to live on it. There are different types of real estate to choose from such as apartments, condos, properties, homes with lots of land, lots of property, properties out of town. Each one can be very difficult or easy depending on what you plan on living on but, as long as you have the basics covered, it is likely that you would make a decent amount. This doesn't mean that you only have to live in your home and not have other people in the house for certain reasons. What you can expect to gain by taking out more equity is the ability to purchase additional properties at lower prices than you could rent or own, which allows you to have control over what’s happening within your home. Depending on how you invest, you could be sitting on thousands of dollars because you are able to either buy more properties or make money if you can sell off the ones that haven’t been rented yet. If you invest wisely you can generate millions of dollars while at the same time saving big while still keeping your bills paid which allows you to have the financial cushion to invest down the road.

4) Find a Career Path

If you are a part of any major corporation you can get the opportunity to work anywhere and however, you want to. However, most employers will tell you that they need to pay employees and keep the management of the company. So how do you find another way of making money that keeps you employed? Well, if you have other job opportunities, you could look into becoming a writer or graphic artist, for instance. That also includes writing software for various companies that need information sent to them, so you could write software reviews on it, review documentation, customer service support, etc. This is where freelancing comes in. Freelancing is considered an independent contractor, and you get the freedom to work wherever you please, so don’t let anyone discourage you by telling you otherwise.

5) Try Online Selling

If you already have a business, you can try selling stuff on eBay. The first thing you need to realize is that selling stuff online is actually cheaper than traditional brick & mortar stores. And, at times, you don’t have to pay for shipping the item out. Instead, you can place it in your local warehouse to wait for your item to sell out, and pick up the commission if it sells for less than you paid for them. You can also buy it up to five days before its release date and then sell it for more than you originally thought. With these, you can create extra cash and save a ton of money as well as gain valuable knowledge and experience, and more importantly, learn how to sell your creations online. Take note that you can only do this on a few sites, so if your main target is to generate more than $100 you should pick one that offers competitive pricing and low margin but high income. The three sites I recommend for this are Shopify, Vintner, and Fiverr.

6) Read

If you liked this article you probably already have a lot of questions, which is a shame because I am quite pleased with the end result. The best tip I could give to you is to read more. Read books, watch videos, listen to podcasts or courses, and more. Reading helps connect you to people who really understand things and help you figure out the answer to questions you need answers to. If you like reading, I suggest checking out books such as James Clear's Masterclass, with David Allen and Steven Press field. They both do amazing material on entrepreneurship, leadership, and marketing.
