How to make money from YouTube

There are many ways to make money from YouTube, but you need to put in the work and be creative to find the right opportunity for you.

You can make money from YouTube by creating a channel and building an audience. To create a channel, you'll need to set up a Google account and sign in to YouTube. You'll be asked to choose a name and type for your channel. After you've created your channel, you can start uploading videos. Once you've done that, you can start earning money from ads that appear on your videos.

Join the YouTube monetization Program
You can make money on YouTube by joining the YouTube Partner Program and monetizing your videos with ads. Once you're a part of the program, you'll need to enable monetization for your channel and link it to an AdSense account. From there, you'll be able to choose what kind of ads you want to run on your videos and how much you want to earn. You can also use YouTube Super Chat and Merchandise shelf to monetize your channel further. When you upload your video to YouTube, click Share then Super Chat in the drop-down menu. Super chats are messages that viewers can purchase during live streams or live chat sessions, which are usually priced at $1 per message. The messages appear pinned atop chat Windows and they stay pinned until they’re replaced by another message or expire after five minutes (or sooner if someone else pays more). When viewers purchase super chats, their message is highlighted in yellow so other viewers know that it was paid for. Viewers can purchase up to five super chats at a time during live streams and one every minute during live chat sessions (not including real-time responses).

YouTube monetization requirements 2022
In order to monetize your YouTube channel, you will need to meet the following requirements:
1. You must have at least 4000 public watch hours in the last 12 months.
2. You must have at least 1000 subscribers.
3. You must have an AdSense account linked to your YouTube channel.
4. Your channel must be in good standing (no community guideline strikes).
5. You must be over 18 years old (or have a valid parent or guardian permit).
6. You must live in a country where monetization is available.
7. You must comply with YouTube's Partner Program policies.
