How To Make Money From Instagram: 12 Smart Ways To Increase Sales

How to Make Money on Instagram
As you can see from this long list of Instagram marketing strategies, it's not all that complicated to make money on Instagram. You have to remember some of the basics. Here are the 12 best ways to make money on Instagram: Display your products in photos that you take. The first place you can do this is on Instagram itself. Just use it like any other platform. Go to the Explore page and look at what people are posting. You'll see what they're posting. Would you please take pictures of your products and arrange them to match the layout of the pictures people are posting? Choose some common motifs and write text over them. This is just the start. Use Instagram to promote your other social media pages.

1.Become an Influencer
There are several types of Instagram influencers. They range from bloggers to advertisers to thought leaders to a professional model. You can get paid to create awesome content, create content for brands, and more. The beauty of Instagram influencers is that they make it easy to do so. All you need to do is get over 100 followers. Personally, I believe the best thing about the form of content you create is to keep things conversational. Keep your posts casual and always let your followers know what to expect. Some say the 80/20 rule applies. It's a simple idea: 80% of what you do is what you enjoy. 20% of what you do, you do because you have to. I feel it's also important to make sure you offer value to your followers and the people who follow you.

 2.Create and Sell Content
There are plenty of ways to make money from Instagram, but I really like creating the content and sharing it with others. There are no restrictions on this type of content. For example, I'll put up a picture of my dog that I want to sell or a free ebook on photography. Just take a picture of the content, upload it to the Instagram app, and you're on your way to making money. Go to instagram.com/marketing, and you can click the upload photos button on the side. Upload your content, and you'll see a message that says, "There's a button at the bottom of your screen to turn this photo into a post." Click the button, and Instagram will create the post and schedule it for you.

3.Set-Up a Shopify Store
When you first sign up with Instagram, you're prompted to create a new business profile. Many of the companies out there make it easy for you to do so. Make sure you use your personal account rather than your business one. I use the Shopify app, but you can also use someone else's (make sure it's not a paid account). It's simple. The app connects you to your Instagram account and generates a unique URL for your store. Go to Shopify.com, and click on the "Shopify Instagram Shop" button. Your store will show up right there, and you can fill out all the details. I use the special setting in Shopify to be visible only to my followers. This is key. Your customer should be able to see it and not have to add you. The URL looks like this: https://www.etsy.com/shop/jessbella.

4.Create and Sell Products
Let's talk about the strategy behind buying Instagram followers and Instagram likes. There are a few ways you can do this without having to worry about setup costs. You can find people selling followers and other likes. You can also create a product you can sell. Many businesses are doing this. You can buy and sell followers and likes for a very inexpensive rate. You can also create a product that sells and market it to Instagram. Here's the process to buy followers on Instagram: Sign up on Instagram and create an account. Be sure you set up a profile that is professional and is easy to navigate. Add your profile to Google Analytics and see which accounts are following you. Note the account name and username. Search on Instagram for people selling followers and likes.

5.Offer Services
Strategy 6Try and Win There are a lot of free giveaway giveaways going on on Instagram right now. I've written about this a little here. You can offer web design, graphic design, banner ads, real estate listings, personal and business coaching, nutrition, etc. Giveaways and sales demos of new products and services are also excellent options. Of course, many are just blatant scams, but some really do give out items and gift cards and pay you to try them out.

6.Sell Physical Items
If you sell physical items on Instagram, you can create a pre-sale, posting them a few days before they're released so that people are already excited about your product. The advantage of pre-sale is that you can actually spend some time showing people exactly what the product is before releasing it. I sell subscriptions to my ebooks daily, and I have a huge pre-sale ahead of my launch. Then on release day, I do a huge giveaway on Instagram to get as many new people exposed to my book as possible. It sounds a bit sleazy, but I can use all the promoting tools I've already set up this way. I'll share how to make money on Instagram without needing to spend time promoting your business on this post later.

7.Build a Course
You can make money from Instagram without getting a lot of likes or even followers. Just make a course on how to use Instagram to your advantage, and you'll see the money begin to roll in. The best part is that you can create these courses for a fraction of the cost of an influencer. Take a look at these courses instead (which works with brands, agencies, agencies) for just $45 (compared to what is already being sold). You'll learn all about hashtags, tips and tricks, and how to grow a community on Instagram. Or, you can get this course from Coursera, which is free and flexible so you can follow in the steps of the professionals. Structure 9Create a Quickly Deployed Selling Strategy I suggest that you start creating a sale strategy and target a few key areas.

8.Build a Business
Get a plan together. Maybe even a brand name and vision statement. You don't want to waste money on things that won't work if you don't have the money. Think of the type of accounts you want to start (product creation/consulting/consulting, etc.) Define your goal - are you looking to make money, support a cause or keep up with your friends? - and then decide how much you want to charge per post. Strategy 9Get a Free Trial Account Once you have a target number in mind, go to Instagram's Free Trial & Offer page. This page allows you to check out other users' accounts and see what content they are posting. It also allows you to read through someone's profile to get an idea of the type of profile, who they follow, and what content they post.
