Usually, everyone complains that making Maggi takes more than 2 minutes, but I will tell you how to make the Maggi in just 5 minutes. By following these four simple steps, you will make the tastiest Maggi.
Ingredients:
You will need one packet of Maggi, two boxes of masala maker, one onion, green chilies, one spoon of cheese, and two spoons of salted butter.
Moving on to how to make it:
STEP 1:
Pour some water into any vessel in which you are going to cook the Maggi. The ratio of water to Maggi should be 2:1. Put it to a boil, add the masala, stir gradually, and wait till the water boils.
STEP 2:
When the masala water has boiled 90%, please take out the Maggi from the packet and break it vertically to get long noodles. Gradually add them and make sure they are fully submerged into the masala water.
Stir the whole thing gently and make sure the flame is at its highest.
STEP 3:
Now, after 1 minute, put a lid onto it. Let the Maggi cook properly under the steam. This will make your Maggi soft and not soggy. This step will also help the Maggi absorb all the masala in the water, making each strand tasteful.
STEP 4:
After 1 minute, open the lid, add your butter and cheese, and then proceed to cover it up.
This will evenly melt the butter and cheese, and again the Maggi will absorb it.
Proceed to open the lid and then add the chopped onions and chillis. Then gradually stir and mix everything enhancing its taste as the flavor of cheese and butter seeps into every strand of Maggi and the chili and the onion enhance the flavor.
Turn of as soon the water begins to dry (about 80 percent).
Cover it with a lid for another 30 seconds, and voila! Your Maggi is made in just 5 minutes. Hassle-free, quick, and delicious.

BONUS TIP: If you want to add more taste to your Maggi, then here is how:
Just add a fried egg, also known as the 'anda bhurji.' It will take your Maggi from 10 to 100, I guarantee it.
Just take one egg and put it in a frying pan, and add chopped onions and tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Continuously whisk the egg to make it scrambled.
Add this after step 3 along with step 4 before you add butter and cheese.
But the recipe is enough in itself, but this is just if you want more taste.
Thank you so much!
