First of all
you need to have Redstone powder and Redstone just need 3*3 space for your machine
place Redstone on corners and repeater between the Redstone at following so they get repeated themself
it's slow actually due to the repeater

A long chain of Redstone repeaters is a useful method for designing a very slow loop. It also can help you visualize the structure of a loop because you can easily see the string of Redstone current racing through the repeaters.
pocket edition(above work but this is easy than above)
take a sticky piston and Redstone block and two Redstone powder place a piston facing anywhere (except above and below that will be complicated I will come to that later )
then place Redstone block where the piston has faced and place Redstone powder where that connect both
piston and Redstone block and your Redstone loop has been made
Now if you want to make it on up then just put a block in the previous block then place a Redstone powder
The criteria are simple and work fine just make a contact between the block and sticky piston where the Redstone powder is connecting them so when it goes up so Redstone has no power and the piston goes down so the Redstone block gives power the speed of it is how fast the piston goes up and down
also, it is as fast as animation
moreover, the Redstone block is the source of power so that is how you can get an infinite loop
Another trick(not sure for java)
in this trick, you will use observer in place but 1000% faster the observer is placed after the piston and Redstone is supposed to connect observer and piston the movement is so fast that even surpasses animation and the Redstven does not glow and you might even think that it's not working however repeaters cannot be connected cause it cannot keep up with the speed and cannot cover long distances
so this is the fastest method I can come up with.
Also, you can do cool things with it like having a dispenser that is filled with arrows connected to a loop of infinite Redstone so you can have an automatic arrow attack machine in your huge castle with high-level security.
Here is a super tip for you. You can literally attach a pressure plate to a piston and Redstone block after it. so when mindless mobs come they will be killed, also there is something that can affect your need for mob farms attach some hopper before your pressure plate that will make you have bone meals for farms and gunpowder for elytra and TNT just make it automatic render chunk but you need arrow for dispenser and make the dispenser lower so it can also kill mobs such as chicken and sheep.
Also, there are many other ways to have infinite loops in Minecraft. I will definitely recommend you to build some automatic chunk renderer. so they will improve productivity without being AFK.
The chunk renderer may slow your game but if you do make that your time will be saved.
If your PC is superslow so you can't make it any better so that will only make your game really slow.
but if you have a really high-end PC. so I will definitely recommend that you should make a chunk renderer so you have a really time-saving by the chunk renderer. you can also learn how to make a chunk renderer. There are also a lot of tutorials available on Youtube. which means it is super easy to build that renderer. You can use any other device to play the video and built the chunk renderer.
