2 Dalchini cinnamon sticks

3 Laung Cloves

4 kernels of black pepper

3 tsp of coriander (Dhania) seeds

2 Star anise

3 Kashmiri red chilies, dried

To start preparing the Indian Chicken Keema Sliders Recipe, first roast all of the masalas in a flat pan over low heat until fragrant, including cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, cloves, black pepper corns, coriander seeds, star anise, and dried red chillies from Kashmir. Put it away.

*Pound them in a pestle and mortar or grind them when they cool. In a pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

*Add the onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies to the hot, boiling oil.

*Watch it closely and continue sautéing for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the onions begin to turn brown and lose moisture

*Turn the heat down to low and stir in the ground spices. After 20 seconds of sautéing, add the onions. Add the chopped tomatoes and their water, and simmer the tomatoes until they become mushy and soft.

*To prevent burning, add a small amount of water. Ten more minutes should be needed for this. Add the yogurt in three separate portions. each time you add the yogurt, thoroughly mixing.

*Simmer for around two minutes. After that, add the chicken keema, breaking up any clumps with a ladle as you stir.

*To prevent lumps, finish this step fast before the chicken begins to cook. Cook the chicken in the spices for ten to fifteen minutes, adding more water as needed, or until the curry begins to simmer.

*Simmer for an additional five minutes to make sure it's done, or until bubbles form on the surface. Add the juice of a single lemon and coriander leaves to finish.

*Use a tiny amount of butter to toast the slider buns. After adding the chicken keema, serve it.
