Easy digestion meat in stomach

1. Chew your food thoroughly: Chewing your food helps break it down into smaller pieces, so it is easier for your stomach to digest.

2. Avoid drinking too much liquid with your meals: Drinking excessive amounts of liquid during or after a meal can dilute your stomach acid, making it harder for your stomach to digest food.

3. Avoid eating too much: Eating too much or too quickly can overwhelm your stomach, making it difficult for it to digest the food.

4. Choose low-fat foods: Eating high-fat foods can slow down digestion and make it harder for your stomach to break down food.

5. Add digestive enzymes: Taking digestive enzymes can help break down proteins, fats, and carbohydrates so that they are easier for your stomach to digest.

6. Avoid eating late at night: Eating late at night can make it harder for your stomach to digest food, as your digestive system slows down when you sleep.
