If you do not know how to deal with your situation, It can be a constant source of stress. Happiness is an internal feeling that results from chemical reactions in our bodies. Isn’t it wonderful to know that through various exercises and activities?  We can manipulate and control our emotions? Because the best things in life are usually free. There are some tips on how to be happy without money mentioned below. Customer service workers were asked to think of positive thoughts in a study conducted by Michigan State University. Everyone just smiled and lit up like a light bulb! They’ve also stated that their mood has improved. (I believe we all knew that was going to happen!) If you don’t feel like smiling right now, try thinking of something happy and forcing those muscles to smile. Fake it until you make it is the key that takes command of your mind. Bring it back to the present – the now – if you notice it drifting to the past or future. Let go of all your anger and regrets from yesterday, as well as your concerns for the future. Instead, focus on the present moment. Concentrate on what you’re doing. Spend your time on something that matters to you. Make the most of your time by adding value to yourself. Make your habit to express gratitude for the big things, the small things, and everything in between. You become a magnet for blessings when you have a grateful heart. Nobody wants to be in the company of pessimists. Whining isn’t going to help you win! Begin a gratitude journal to aid you in this exercise. Get out of bed and exercise in your own backyard or at a park! This causes the release of feel-good hormones and the elimination of stress chemicals. You get a natural high that’s far superior to Prozac! It will give you a sense of achievement. There’s no need to join a gym to do this. Take a walk outside or even eat your lunch outside to get some free vitamin D from Mr. Sun. A nice tan would be a bonus, giving you that healthy glow. Find out what makes you happy through a session with a psychiatrist. Stop whining about a lack of resources. Shift your viewpoint. Happiness is determined by how you view life and the people around you. Everything is fleeting, so don’t let your present define your future. Stop scrolling through your Facebook or Instagram feeds to avoid being reminded of what you’re missing out on. Do not measure your achievements against those of others. You will be forced to live with fewer material possessions if you have a limited budget. Accept that reality and stop caring about accumulating more possessions. We will always want more, so having more will only make you happy for a short time. If you must purchase something, do so deliberately and consciously. Be considerate of others. Speak politely and offer assistance whenever possible. Don’t be afraid to be selfless. Helping others gives our lives more meaning and purpose. It has also been discovered that volunteering helps the release of endorphins, making us feel good after helping others. Make sure you get a good night’s sleep. It aids in the recovery and repair of our bodies, allowing us to wake up more focused and productive. The hippocampus, a part of the brain that processes positive memories, is affected by sleep deprivation. Sleep deprivation impairs your brain’s ability to recall pleasant memories. Our sensitivity to negative emotions such as stress, anxiety, anger, and fear is also affected. Make time for activities such as reading, meditating, praying, and journaling to help you connect with yourself. This allows you to both unload your daily burdens and plan your next steps. A few minutes of silence each day can aid memory storage in the hippocampus.
