When I come up with anything new, I try to notice my inertia. That little dent in my soul is telling me to stop. Every day human beings make or contribute a total of negligible impacts in terms of preserving the environment. The world is polluted. And this carries a negative effect on everyone’s life. In short, we are all one human body, and we matter. As climate change progresses, a few of us should take action to address it and stop it. Humans take up our roles in shaping the Earth but do not understand it. Most of us tend to let the world and our behavior impact the environment in the same way. For example, we leave factories and food markets littered with garbage. I don’t know any world where pristine nature is desirable.
1 Leader are an assortment of the complicated people we all are
No person is perfect. And leaders have realized that is important. Being imperfect, a leader is capable of bending the group of people to their will. But a leader needs to not only convince the rest of the group of opinions. A leader must also build a team where the group gets to hear what they think is right. These kinds of leaders better manage the group. Also, they make a full-force effort to build a strong, strong-winged, and solid human being, which leads them to run an organization successfully.
2 Polarizing leader
There is a thin line between trusting your group and mistreating them. To have a polarizing leader, you require too much of one of them. They play the role of a dictator who dominates the group of people. On the other hand, a narcissist is a person who is self-centered and self-centered. The narcissist is the type of leader who treats the group as their child and usurps control, and gives society the impression that they know what is best for everyone.
The ideal leaders are the benevolent leaders who actively ensure that they do not turn out to be demeaning narcissists. And their followers need to know that all of them are equally contributing to the organization’s success. Like any other project, we have good leaders, and there are also bad leaders. The latter needs some adjustments.
3 Cultural diversity
Individuals of all backgrounds in the community are much affected by climate change and its effects on communities across the globe. Not just the communities that create a lot of pollution. Communities of color like the Native Americans in the United States, South Africa, Africa, etc., all face climate change. Climate change hit some communities first, and the bulk of individuals in all other communities followed suit. It’s an all-encompassing concern.
But as interesting as the options are, sometimes the necessary changes arise out of the least expected people. And it’s often the scientists and policymakers who see and find the magic pill.
4 Contribution to society
Every weekend I listen to great famous musicians. But few know who Serena Williams is. She is a successful female athlete. She and her sister Venus Williams have won so many awards and competitions. But they don’t capture the attention of a wider public. Another woman, A-list fashion designer Victoria Beckham, uses only black patterns in the outfits in her collection. It’s the same with Virgin founder James [Budde], entrepreneur and renowned philanthropist Gaylord Lowe, philanthropist Jeffrey Epstein, billionaire investor Peter Thiel. These two people took their talents and built a company with a significant impact on their community.
When I’m listening to the new music, I try to forget who’s being won over by the music and who’s being fooled by it. It’s great to start seeing the contrast between a group of people, who seem to adopt a country like the US as the American way, and who is building a nation and building a community like South Africa.
Five we need to understand
The important thing is you don’t need to join a particular movement. There is a transformation you can impact quickly. If you are a corporate leader, your responsibility is not only to your company. For that, you need a team of people, and each individual is a part of your team. If you’re not working for a company, you may do something in the public interest. If you’re a politician, your focus is on the media.
So what’s the difference between the leaders and us? Without a doubt, their teams are less focused on achieving a common goal than you and your team.
Yes, we need to join a team, and a team needs a leader who can lead it in the right direction.
