Prepare the Coffee Blend.
1. To begin, fill a dish with one spoonful of instant coffee. As indicated in step 3 below, you can add ¼ cup of brewed filter coffee or espresso straight to the blender jar.
2. Mix the instant coffee with ¼ cup of warm (not boiling) water. Mix and stir thoroughly.

3. Fill the jar of a blender with the coffee solution.
4. Add three to four tablespoons of sugar after that.
5. Blend for one minute, or until the coffee solution starts to foam and turns a lighter brown.
Prepare a cold, iced coffee.
6. Add six or seven ice cubes. Just two to four ice cubes will do for a richer blended cold coffee.
7. Next, add two cups of chilled or lukewarm milk. I used full milk in this recipe.
8. Blend again for a little period of time, just until everything is thoroughly combined and a lovely, foamy layer forms on top.
9. Immediately serve the cold coffee after pouring into tall glasses. It is better to have blended iced coffee immediately away because the frothy top layer will sink into the beverage as it rests.
Professional Advice
Coffee: Pour a cup of your preferred instant coffee brand. You can get the instant coffee in granules or finely ground.
Add your favorite sweetener here. I always add raw sugar, but feel free to experiment with different kinds, such as coconut or palm sugar, or sweeteners like honey or maple syrup.
For a stronger coffee flavor: Add 1.5 or 2 teaspoons of instant coffee if you like a stronger, slightly bitter flavor in your cold brew.
Creamy consistency: To make your cold coffee rich and creamy, blend in around ¼ cup of light or whipping cream. If you use cream, you might need to add some sugar. Therefore, when the coffee is mixed, taste it and adjust the sweetness as necessary.
