This Is A Clap ON Of Switch Without Any IC.

You Can Clap👏 First Time Then The Light Bulb💡 ON And Clap Second Time The Light Bulb💡 OFF. This Circuit Based On SR Flip-flop.

 

Components

1. BC547 NPN Transistors (4pcs)

2. 10k Resistors (5pcs)

3. 1K Resistors (2pcs)

4. 150K Resistors (4pcs)

5. Electric Condenser Microphone

6. 0.1uf Capacitor (2pcs)

7. 1uf Capacitor (2pcs)

8. 12V Relay

9. PN Diodes

D1, D2 IN4148

D3 IN4007

10. 9-12V Battery

 

Step 1: How to Connect Microphone With 12V Power Source

Microphone Use For Sense Clap Sound. Electric Condenser Microphone Are Two Terminals Positive And Negative. You Can Easily Find Which Pin Is Positive And Negative. Every Electric Condenser Microphone Negative Terminal Connects With Mic Body So That Negative Terminal And Other One No Connect To Body is Positive Terminal.

Connect 10K Resistor With Microphone Positive Terminal. This Resistance Limit The Current So Can Microphone Not Destroy By Large Current Flow. Connect Microphone Negative Terminal With Ground.

Connect 0.1uf Ceramic Capacitor With Positive Terminal Of Microphone. This Capacitor Used For Block DC And Filter The Microphone Signal.

 

 

Step 2: Transistor Amplifier for Amplify the Microphone Signal

The Microphone Provide Very Low Amplitude Audio Signal. If Connect This Signal With SR Flip-flop So That Result SR Flip-flop Not Work. So Need A Amplifier For Amplify This Signal.

Let Take One BC547 NPN Transistor And Connect 470K Resistor With Transistor Base Terminal. Second Connect 0.1uf Ceramic Capacitor With Transistor Base Terminal. And Take One 10K Resistor Connect This Resistor With Transistor Collector Terminal.

 

Step3:-What Is SR Flip-flop and How to Work With Sequencelly Switch Circuit

In SR Flip-flop Are 4 Terminals Set, Reset, Q, Q Mode. If You Connect Set Terminal With 5V So That Provide High 12V On Q output And QMode Low 0V. Remove Set Terminal With 5V SR Flip-flop Continue Provide 12V On Q Output. You Change SR Output Just Apply 5V On Reset Terminal. That Result SR Change Output Voltage By Zero Volt On Q Output.

Other Word SR Flip-flop Called 1 Bit Storage Device. You Apply Logic Level 1 So The SR Flip-flop Store This Logic And Provide Output. If You Delete This 1 Bit Logic Level. To Apply 1 Logic On Reset Terminal.

If We Connect To & Pro Circuit With SR Flip-flop. So We Apply One Signal Source With Sequencelly On SET And RESET Terminal.

 

 

Step4:-Connect SR Flip-flop With Amplifier Circuit and Microphone

After Complete SR Flip-flop Circuit. Connect This SR Flip-flop Circuit With Amplifier And Mic.

Let Take One 0.1uf Ceramic Capacitor Connect This Capacitor With Transistor Collector Terminal. This Capacitor Work As A Coupling Capacitor. Connect Other One Capacitor Terminal With SR Flip-flop INPUT.

 

Step 5: How to Connect SR Flip-flop Output With Relay

Let Make A Relay Module By Transistor And Some Resistors.

Take 10k Resistor And Connect This Resistor With SR Flip-flop Output And Connect One Other Resistor Terminal With BC547 NPN Transistor Base Terminal.

Let Take 12V Relay And Connect Any One Coil Terminal With Transistor Collector Terminal. Do Not Forget Connect One PN Junction Diode In Reverse Bias With Realy Coil. Connect Transistor Emitter With Circuit Ground.

 

 

Step 6: How to Connect AC Appliances With Relay

Let Take Any AC Lamp Bulb💡 And Connect This Appliances In Series With Relay Com And N/O Terminal.

Connect Your Neutral Home Wire With Relay Common Terminal. Connect Any One Terminal Of Light Bulb💡 With N/O Terminal Of Relay.

Connect Your Home Line, Phase Wire With Remaining Terminal With Light Bulb💡. Connect 9-12V Battery For Powering This Circuit According Circuit Images👆.
