Homemade body scrubs to exfoliate skin

These are the top 3 body cleansers to promote skin that glows!

1. Body scrub with lemon juice

Ingredients: - One cup of brown or white granulated sugar

- One lemon's juice

Two to three teaspoons of a carrier oil (like coconut or olive oil)

Guidelines,

Put the one lemon's juice and the granulated sugar in a bowl. Blend them thoroughly by mixing them together.

Add your preferred carrier oil to the mixture gradually. In addition to hydrating your skin, the oil facilitates the application of the scrub. Mix thoroughly.

You may now use your body scrub made of sugar and lemon juice. In the shower or bathtub, make sure your body is damp before applying it to your skin.

Apply a little amount of the scrub to your skin and gently rub it in circular movements. Concentrate on exfoliating problem areas including knees, elbows, and rough spots. For a few minutes, keep rubbing the scrub over your body. After using lukewarm water to rinse off the scrub, use a towel to gently dry your skin. Use the moisturiser to maintain the hydration of your skin.

Because lemon juice has a tiny acidic content, it's best to avoid using this scrub on skin that is already sensitive or if you have any open wounds or scrapes. Instead, do a patch test to make sure the scrub won't irritate your skin.

2. Body scrub with coffee and honey

Ingredients: – One cup of ground coffee, ideally ground just now

- 1/2 cup of sea salt or granulated sugar (optional for further exfoliation)

– 1/4 cup olive or coconut oil

Two to three teaspoons of honey

Until all the ingredients are mixed, thoroughly stir.Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil to the mixture and stir thoroughly if you like a scented scrub.Moisten your skin with water when taking a bath or shower.

Using gentle circular movements, take a handful of the coffee and honey scrub and apply it to your skin. The coffee grounds will exfoliate your skin while the honey will moisturise it.Use warm water to fully rinse the scrub off. After patting your skin dry, use a moisturiser if necessary.

Do a patch test first, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies to any of the components, before using the scrub.
