Maybe you're hating your new haircut or attempting to grow out your hair for a big event. Whatever your cause, there are some practical steps you can do to assist rapid hair growth. Try enriching hair treatments such as a warm oil scalp massage, modify your hair care regimen to prevent putting stress on your hair, and ingest nutrients known to aid hair development (such as protein and biotin). There are limits to how much hair may grow in a week, but treating your hair well helps enhance hair growth in a short amount of time.
Massage your scalp with heated oil.
Natural oils are used in a warm oil scalp massage to improve the condition of your scalp and promote hair development. During your scalp massage, you can use oils such as coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, and argan oil. Warm scalp massages have not been scientifically shown to accelerate hair growth.
To begin, warm the oil in a dish of boiling water. Before using the oil, make sure it is not scalding hot; you want a pleasant temperature that will not harm your scalp or hair.
Massage the warm oil into your scalp in slow, circular strokes with your fingertips (not your fingernails). Ask a partner or a friend to assist you in massaging your scalp. Allow them to massage your scalp with their fingertips for around 3 minutes.
Then, run the oil through your hair for around 30 minutes. Shampoo your hair thoroughly, probably more than once, to eliminate the oil.
Do the oil massage on days when you regularly shampoo your hair to avoid over-washing.
Create a hair mask
Applying a hair mask once or twice a week can give your hair some TLC and stimulate your hair follicles to develop faster. Make your own natural oil mask or get over-the-counter hair masks from your local drugstore or beauty supply store.
Combine 1 cup coconut oil, 1 tablespoon almond oil, 1 tablespoon macadamia oil, and 1 tablespoon jojoba oil. Allow the mask to sit on moist hair for ten minutes. Then, as usual, shampoo and condition your hair.
Use your hair mask on days when you regularly shampoo to avoid over-washing.
Hot styling tools should be avoided.
Using hot styling products like hair dryers, straighteners, and curlers is one of the most prevalent ways to damage your hair and impair its capacity to grow. Reduce your use of them or eliminate them totally from your hair care routine. Choose more natural-looking locks to avoid interfering with healthy hair growth.
To avoid harming your hair, use hot styling products on a low heat setting with a heat protectant gel, cream, or spray.
