How to maintain the city cleaned from viruses

Are you guys enjoying reading my articles? Well here is another topic with a serious message for Asian leader for maintaining big cities from dirt. I am writing this article on behalf of city's charmness and the dirty city which is a serious issue for health of every human being. Especially when we talk about dirty cities, if we talk about this issue, we have two big cities of Asia Pacific, who are those cities? Where are they now? I am talking about India and Pakistan's two biggest cities and those cities are Mumbai and Karachi. Now we take a topic on not only the bigness of cities we are talking about city's charmness, the charmness comes after few points:

When the city's roads are clean, cleaning services are properly done by cleaning the cities is very crucial to do. Because when those people will do this job properly the city will be remain clean.
Now here is my second big point. The government should be noticed that why are those cities are so dirty, why the people of the cities are not healthy and they always take medicines for health recovery. They should take an action.
Now my third issue is, when you see your society is not clean, the virus will born, because, when the water stays on the tracks after the rain fall. The dust flies, this virus jumps into our hands, we don't wash our hands it makes us sick.
Now here are the facts that why we get sick because of no maintenance in our cities.
Now this is the step where we should think to stop these dirty virus to groom, because when city is cleaned up the more we can get our healths good and be honest to the duties to notify and take a serious action on health issues.

Now the big thing is, how to maintain the city's chaos, the solution is simple, when the dirt collector comes to your location, do give that man a complete garbage of your home at the time when he arrives, i will talk about it later, now on his absense, the other big issue is we never put our garbage in the garbage box, we through it on the roads, in the result, the garbage remains on the side permament;y and the viruses born. So stop doing these bad activities to stop the biggest challenges of our cities. Because the more the city is cleaned and actively beautiful, the more we get a good health. This is the matter what needs care to do so. I hope you guys understand the biggest issues of these biggest cities of the world. We care for our environment and we care for our children to grow up healthy. So this was the big issue of health where govenment should take big actions to clean the whole city. If anyone is invloved in doing corruption, that person should be punished by dismissing him from the job immediately. So please take care of your cities. Thank you.
