How to maintain our HairGrowth

  • Maintain your hair growth

Similar to the skin on the body, the scalp or skin covering the head has a higher density of large, terminal hair follicles. Hair follicle growth and scalp health are influenced by a variety of factors, including diet and nutrition, hygiene habits, hair care product type and usage, and more.To prevent the accumulation of natural oil or sebum on the scalp, which can lead to dandruff and clogged hair follicles, further thinning and causing hair loss, start with keeping the scalp clean. Regular scalp cleansing can remove obstructions and promote healthier hair growth. Nevertheless, over-cleansing can deplete the skin of its natural oils, leading to a dry scalp and an increase in the production of oil from the sebum or oil glands. Choose hair care products that suit your hair type and create a regimen that fits your lifestyle to achieve a balance. Choose a gentle cleanser, for instance, if you have an active lifestyle and need to shampoo your hair every day. Use a dry shampoo if you can go a day without shampooing but still want to freshen up in between washes.

  • Condition

Both your scalp and individual hair strands require constant hydration, nourishment, and moisture. Use a moisturizing shampoo or use conditioner after shampooing. Remember to not use conditioner on the scalp. Your best bet for locking in moisture is to use haircare products that contain natural oils like coconut or olive or ingredients like glycerine or shea butter. Depending on your scalp and type of hair, you can use products like deep hydrating treatments and leave-in conditioners once or twice a week.

  • Avoid hair from breaking

Detangle hair before shampooing, and refrain from combing it while it's wet to prevent breakage and hair loss. Avoid brushing or combing your hair; do so only when necessary to style your locks. These actions can damage the cuticle of your hair, stretching it and leading to breakage. Make an informed choice when selecting a comb or brush: opt for a boar bristle brush or a wide-toothed non-static comb that will minimize breakage, reduce frizz, and help distribute natural oils evenly throughout the scalp and hair shafts.Overly tight hair ties and clips can weaken roots and induce hair loss if they are used frequently. Keep in mind that the friction your hair experiences while you sleep weakens and breaks the strands.
