How to loss weight

"I've gotten used to losing weight, but don't know if I want to lose it. It's nice." So how do we talk about weight loss without sounding like a fat slob? That is the answer!

You need to lose fat in order to loose weight, so you should start by identifying where that extra body fat is, and then make an effort to get rid of it. The biggest obstacle in this process is your mind, because so much of what you think about is just a way to suppress negative thoughts, such as:

"I have too much body, so I shouldn't be doing anything."

This is why keeping your energy levels up throughout the day and focusing on getting more exercise is highly recommended. You need to remind yourself it's all about making progress and getting to a place where you're able to enjoy life again. If you have any issues with this, or want some support to overcome these feelings, let me know in the comments below!

If the problem was not your physical body, perhaps your social one is causing you to gain the wrong amount of weight. For example, someone who thinks he doesn't eat enough chocolate may end up eating the same amounts in others. This means you often go for the extra servings because they are available. When you try to lose weight on your own, you do not lose weight because you aren't reaching your personal goal. Instead, when you decide to lose weight, that little bit is already there. Your metabolism will not work out efficiently as well as before. This is because your body starts to use more muscle so it burns less fat.

If none of this applies to you, please seek medical attention before you continue to struggle with unwanted weight gain. There is no shame in taking the chance to learn these lessons and get to know yourself. Just remember that it does take time so you have to give things your best shot until you reach the goal!

#1 Make sure you want to

Before you try to lose weight, think you want to gain it. Do you want to feel great, look fantastic, and just want to put the world back together? Or do you want to wear tighter clothes and stay thin? Then that's not going to happen.

It's normal for anyone to want to lose weight but it also helps to know what your goals really are. Maybe you want that new dress or figure you've been dreaming of. Maybe you want to fit in with those trendy friends, or maybe you just want the confidence to walk down the street without people staring at you.

#2 Get rid of the pounds that now weigh you down. They will never disappear and they will always be there. At least you don't have to be super skinny to become fat.

Have you ever heard the expression “the devil is in the detail?” Well, that describes being overweight in a healthy way. Not exactly that at all. People with extreme weight gain often develop complications such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems, asthma, and other serious conditions. This can mean having serious health issues, so it is important to watch your diet and have a proper workout routine too. Once people see the consequences of their poor eating habits, many are motivated to make changes to their weight loss plans. However, the reality of losing excessive weight can be quite disappointing. This is because it can take years for any kind of weight loss to be permanent. When it comes to women, men can experience significant gains of between 10 and 20 pounds. Some men even gain more than the 40 mark. But again, everyone has different weight loss goals and approaches, so what works for one person might not work for another.

#3 Exercise regularly. Even if you dont believe it will help you lose weight, it will. Exercising boosts your heart rate which makes it easier to control your appetite, thus increasing your chances of losing weight.

#4 Don't forget to focus on enjoying yourself. Try to make friends with people who laugh and enjoy life. These people offer a lot more energy than people who are not happy.

#5 Have a plan for when you start feeling hungry. Plan ahead so you don't run out when you're tired and you won't sacrifice everything for food.

#6 Set realistic expectations of yourself as a woman of any age. Men still need strength and can do the job twice as hard as women. If you start struggling, then you will. Be realistic about what your limitations are, so you don't beat yourself up.

#7 Eat breakfast every single morning!

#8 Don't avoid breakfast as much as possible and stick to a regular meal of 1,500 calories or more. A 2,000-calorie breakfast is just okay to start off the day on healthy.

#9 Drink lots of water everyday. Water keeps you hydrated and gives you the same boost of energy as juice does. And drinking lots of water is good for the brain because water reduces stress, thus giving you more mental clarity to focus on any problem as soon as you wake up! Don't forget to drink an 8 oz bottle of water each day, but if you don't have room for it, consider filling an empty glass with water instead. This is just like the saying "you are what you eat," so if you want to lose weight, find ways you can fill your stomach with fruits and vegetables instead of pasta. Fill up on protein-rich foods like eggs with spinach or turkey meat when you can't resist trying something else. Go low carb when you can. Remember to eat only two slices of bread for every three slices of bread.

#10 Don't ruin your workouts. Even if you're feeling super lazy because you ran into the gym, just go to the car and try to get going. Going into your post-workout slump just isn’t the smart move. Don’t let your fitness status distract you from the things you love.

#11 Keep active during the weekends, or whenever you get the chance. Whether it is hanging around at home in front of the TV or going on a date, spend the entire night doing nothing. Take advantage of free time to get your butt kicked while you get done with your weekend errands.

#12 Watch your portion sizes. Being "fat" is better when you have things like extra cheese for dinner instead of stuffing it under your plate or adding extra veggies to a salad. Think of the ingredients instead!

#13 Make time to stop drinking alcohol, smoking, or eating junk food too quickly. They kill your appetite, don't they?

#14 Eat small portions of foods for snacks or treats. No matter how tempting it is not to eat too much, always try to eat something nutritious. Too much of anything is unhealthy. Plus, too many foods can cause unnecessary cravings. Use smaller plates so you can spread your food evenly across them. Try cutting down on carbs or sugar-loaded foods for your dips, guacamole, and smoothies. Eating a snack is a form of self-care, so skip the ones packed with sugars and processed products. Give yourself permission to indulge in once in a while and treat yourself with that first morsel of dessert that just came out of the fridge. Sometimes it's worth a few minutes of mindless wandering, no matter how long your day takes you.

#15 Increase accountability, discipline, and responsibility. If you don't want to lose weight, change your behaviors first and foremost. Don't keep excuses running and don't try to hide your new behavior by pushing the scale higher.

#16 Make up your schedule. Schedule everything during the week so you don’t have to cram for class during the hours of day you can get away from school. Don't make excuses, but you will miss an assignment when all the teachers are working in session and then will come right after.

#17 Find time to relax and disconnect. By separating yourself and your phone, you can recharge. Also, being awake and being aware of your surroundings is important for your immune system. If you can't leave your cell phone behind, switch that off before going to bed. Taking breaks from your computer and turning off distractions before bed will also reduce your anxiety.

#18 Be a "calm girl" by learning how to meditate or take deep breaths. Studies show taking deep breaths and practicing meditation can help lower your cortisol level, thereby improving digestion, detoxification, sleep, and overall wellbeing.

#19 Practice a little self-love. Self-love is essential if you want to become confident, confident enough to make decisions, and eventually happy. Showing your appreciation for yourself will help boost your self-esteem and remind you that you’re worth more than your weight.

#20 Know what will motivate you to lose weight. Are you looking for something to accomplish? What do you want to achieve? Who will you like? Chances are, people are using willpower to lose weight, or otherwise, but they don’t realize that it’s because you want to go on a diet! Only you can lose weight, though some people need to be told. Motivation is a crucial factor within most diets.

#21 Don’t compare yourself to anyone else. We all get frustrated when we look at our peers who look amazing on Instagram. If you aren’t looking like it, then you aren’t living your dreams. Stop comparing yourself and be proud of the person you are today and the person who is here to stay.

#24 Understand the relationship between exercise and mental health. Exercise can significantly improve cognitive ability, including memory, concentration, attention, and the capacity to maintain sustained attention over sustained periods of training. The benefits of physical activity can often overcome any resistance to activity, and it can be helpful for people experiencing depression as well as chronic pain
