How to lose weight in a week

How to lose weight in a week

Losing weight in a week by eating as much healthy food as you possibly can is the ultimate goal for anyone looking to lose weight. It would be easier said than done, but after all, if it’s going to happen, it has to go ahead. However, how. If you’re not willing to give your body a solid challenge and are more intimidated with the thought of giving up your diet in fear that overindulging on unhealthy foods will lead to obesity or other health complications. I suggest giving this approach a try.

Why? Because it’s proven to work for most people in terms of sustainable weight loss success. There are no guarantees that every single person who tries to lose weight has the same results. That’s where proper nutritionists come in. Nutritionist’s work with these type of individuals every day, researching their diets, their habits, the amount of water they consume, diet supplements, etc., they used to determine which kind of meal plan works best and which ones might be even worse. You’ll get back to me later on about some very popular diet plans and how they worked for them.

How about my own personal experience? For one, I used to eat whatever I wanted at any time. This is not healthy whatsoever. The only reason I tried being conscious about my diet was because I tried, trying to make myself miserable, not because I was unhappy. I tried to find my happy place, when I did not like the way things look. All of those reasons aside, I just didn’t want to see the scale moving from behind my eyes after doing so much good. So I kept off the scales, which helped. And I just avoided the pounds around my belly while still maintaining some control. Nowadays, I am more aware of what I put into my body, and don’t have to constantly worry about counting those extra calories that don’t even matter. As I previously mentioned, there are lots of diet supplements out there to help promote sustainable weight loss like shakes, pills, etc. But the secret ingredient is good old-fashioned hard work and discipline.

So, let’s begin!

The first thing you need to do is figure out your goals, and then the next step will be to start off small. Start off with one pound or two pounds per week. Then slowly build up to 2 pounds a week. Don’t be discouraged if that’s less than 1 pounds on your waistline, this number can change during subsequent weeks. Also, if the scale becomes stubborn during the process, you can always go up to 2 lbs more. Remember, dieting isn’t a competition, so keep your mind open and focused on your goals. Doing it in increments is a great method.

Now, the easiest part of the whole process, but also the hardest, is actually sticking to it. Losing weight shouldn’t be an uphill task, especially if you’ve just decided to stop using your phone to take pictures, instead, try taking some photos first. A beautiful picture is worth a thousand words! You should also remember, that when you reach your full potential, you won’t feel hungry all the time.

One final tip that might help you stay motivated is adding some sweet treats along the way. Whether chocolates, cookies, brownies, etc…they all taste delicious, right? Well, since they are made by nature, there is nothing better than cravings you feel after eating something sweet. Your brain knows that it is high in sugar, and you crave sugar very often. In fact, even a bite of sugar has a psychological effect on our hunger hormones and the signals we send to our bodies through our nervous system to digest and move food; so they fit perfectly into our stomach. So, it’s really important for you to fill up your tummy with sugary foods too! My favorite way of doing that is by putting your favorite chocolate bars or cakes or doughnut or any high fat snacks into your microwave bowl and microwave-safe. After the microwave finished cooking, microwave the entire thing. Let the aroma waft over your tongue and hit your taste buds!

So, there you have it! You’re now ready to commit yourself to losing weight and keep living in the present. Enjoy eating healthier and keeping your sense of smell sharp. And with that being said, don’t forget to enjoy the process too! Feel free to share on social media about what you learned and how it has been working for you!
