Obesity is now known as an apocalypse in the healthcare community. In fact, it will be very soon the main cause of inescapable deaths in the United Kingdom, even before smoking. Obesity leads to second degree diabetes, HBP, heart problems or stroke and even a higher chance of cancer. Considering all these health risks, as well as the technical improvement in plausible health conditions, losing weight is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.
Another is that you intend to deplete your body of food in order to try and "speed up" your results.
No matter what happens, any situation in this case is equally devastating. Although you will reduce the calories you are taking, which can lead to short-term weight loss, the important thing here is that you will be slowing down your metabolism.
What this means is that once the hunger is gone, your body will cling to the next meal you eat for the rest of your life, expecting to be hungry again.
No matter what we would like to believe, it is not just a magical solution to lose weight. The body will produce more fat if you need more calories to work on the demands you put on a given day than the number of calories you feed. Can it be more simple? Thus, to lose your weight, you need to decrease the number of calories you intake and increase the amount you consume.
When someone joins my training program, one of the first things I ask him to do is to explain exactly what his body will look like if I help him achieve his goal weight. I implore them to do this in writing - not by cellphone, and that is why ...
Extreme levels of negative emotions are the cause of our difficulties in any form of weight loss or a health-promoting program - in fact, our past failures can almost always be traced back to negative thoughts that we were not even aware of.
Most of our negative thinking comes from writing things down on paper (or on a computer).
Exercising does not mean spending hours in the gym or working out on a tiring schedule. In fact, in order to be comfortable with it over time, exercise should be your favorite activity. Start by pushing yourself more throughout the process. Be the stair walker. Park your car farther away from the desired place when you go there. Go for a walk in the park or a favorite spot and bring a dog or friend to the company. Apply for dance lessons or MMA.
I challenge you to write 10 short descriptions about what your body will look like in 30 days if you are trained by someone like me - someone who knows how to transform a human body no matter what stage you are in at the moment.
Go ahead, take a moment to write down what your face will look like, what your arms will look like, what your legs and hips will look like - will your skin look different, will your muscles be strong, will you be gentle - explain everything, then come back.
Did you do it?
Make your list now before you read anymore - I want you to go with in-depth information about you when you have finished reading this article.
OK, now that you have your list, let me show you something you can use to judge whether you were causing yourself to fail in your weight loss efforts and not keeping it.
Whatever type of exercise you choose, it is important that you stay motivated and keep it fun. Try to mingle with the group to make it fun. Or buy a pedometer, a contraption that notices your distance, and see how many miles you can travel in a week. Compete with your dear ones or family members and treat the winner with something special (No Food on the Menu, Obviously!). Make the exercise something you crave and are an addict of, and it will soon become a regular part of your healthy lifestyle.
If you allow hunger to develop, you may actually be contributing to your weight gain in the future.
Therefore, make sure your diet does not last 4 hours apart. As long as you do this, you will be supporting the healthy metabolism you will need to lose the type of weight you are committed to.
Here are some examples of statements my close friend used to have before he and I started working together - statements that literally hindered him from success:
Highly polished facial features, no double chin, no lumps or puffy cheeks, no pockets under the eyes.
Apart from the improvement of my face, I have no complaints at all about my face, hair, eyes, nose, ears.
Neck - no double chin or "wattle"
Chest-no gynecomastia (female breasts), muscular instead. Take a look, my ribs and pectoral muscles are visible instead of the soft flab mattress.
Curves have arms-hard sinewy instead of soft bread crumbs.
Abdomen, are abs hiding there? They have not been seen in 50 years! It would be nice to have a tight waist that is not well cut with very tight underwear.
The small legs of the conical shape, very long and strong. Although my calves have always been big and strong — my best part of the body, close to my brain.
