Divide your meal 4-5 times in a day.
2.Do not eat junk food or processed food:- Foods that are packaged and processed contain less nutrition and more calories that do more harm than good. Give sodas, chips, and biscuits a miss and have fruits, veggies, and home-cooked meals instead.
3. Reduce Intake Of Simple Carbs:- I don't say that you do not eat carbs. It is essentially important for weight loss but excess of it can hamper your weight loss. Cut down on the portion size of carbs and add protein-rich foods to your plate. You can swap your wheat chapatis with jowar, bajra, ragi rotis, and white rice to brown rice or quinoa.
4.Little Bit small exercise:- If you want to lose weight fast, a little bit of exercise is needed, and if you do not have any medical problem, then I suggest that you include some exercise in your timetable and daily routine. But if you have some medical issues, then do not include exercise in your routine. If you are healthy, then please do some Yoga and Asan for 20 minutes per day.
5. Proper sleep is necessary:- You must take proper sleep of 8 hours per day at night. Because there is a biological clock in our body that starts at 10 P.M. and ends at 5 A.M. So, you must follow that because the body produces more hormones at night than today.
6. Eat Protein, Green and leafy vegetables:- As we know, protein is the basic building block of our body, and it helps to build up health and muscle mass while losing weight. Some of the healthy protein sources that you may include in your diet are:- Meat, Seafood, Milk, Beans, Legumes, Quinoa, Tempah, and Tofu.
Vegetables are packed with nutrients, and also this helps the number of calories and carbs in our body. Some of the most common protein and vitamin-rich vegetables include:- Cauliflower, Spinach, Cabbage, Cucumber, etc.
7. Avoid taking unnecessary calories:- As calorie plays an important role in losing weight. One must not exceed the daily calorie intake limit because when you exceed your calorie intake, the overweight problem occurs. So, always keep in mind that you must intake only desired amount of calories that your body needs to perform work. A man must eat only 1300 calories in a day. Also, a woman must eat only 1200 calories a day.
By exceeding the limit of your calorie intake, you will face weight gain issues. , Unnecessary calories come from sugary drinks such as sodas, fruit juices, and milkshakes. Sana adds that fizzy drinks and fruit juices can have lots of sugar and calories. ‘Therefore, trying to limit both of these can help reduce calories in the diet.’ So, to lose weight, you must follow this routine of calorie intake in a day.
8. Increase water intake:- Aim for eight glasses a day. This keeps you nicely hydrated so that it’s running efficiently. That alone can help you burn 96 more calories a day. It’s also a good idea to have a glass before a meal. This will help to fill you up and aid digestion. Drinking plenty of water also helps to prevent fluid retention, as your body starts to feel confident that you are providing it with enough and lets the excess fluid it’s been holding on to – go.
As we know, only water has 0 calories. While drinking water, keep in mind that you must drink water before or after a meal but not in between the meal. Because when you drink water in between the meal, it reduces your body's digestion process, which is in peek at the time of food intake. So, never don't drink water in between the meal.
9. Increase your daily physical activity time:- For simplicity, we will use an average-weight person exercising for 30 minutes at a time to illustrate which activities are best at burning calories:
Aerobics – 350 calories
Skipping – 390 calories
Rowing – 370 calories
Skiing – 360 calories

Swimming – 300 calories
Playing tennis – 200 calories
Walking – 150 calories

And even low-impact exercise can make a difference. Research from the Journal of Physical Activity and Health found that regular yoga helps lost weight stay off. Researchers believe it’s not so much the physical energy expended, as yoga is relatively low-energy compared to other activities.
