How to lose weight

To lose weight and get in shape, you need to  certain amount of oxygen to burn *** and the only way you can measure the amount your body needs is to maintain your target heart rate during exercise*. Please understand that if you continue to burn only calories from carbohydrates, you will lose a lot of the "water weight" that slows down your metabolism. Also, think of the calories you burn from carbohydrates as energy calories. If you lose too many energy calories, your muscles will not get enough energy to boost your metabolism, which will indirectly burn ***. So you need to increase your calorie intake while you are on an exercise program to replace the energy calories you burn.

*** Calories burning during exercise,

During aerobic exercise, your body goes through several stages before you reach the burning area ***. You may have heard people say that you burn only sugar (carbohydrates) in the first 10 minutes of exercise *** NO. This is true to an extent. I say this because if you do not work hard so that your body needs more oxygen, you will burn sugar even after 10 minutes; Or you are working too hard, and you can not supply your body with enough oxygen to burn s ***. When you exercise, you need to move at a constant speed (not too fast, not too slow) so that your body uses your stored *** (not carbohydrates or sugar) as its source of energy. Keep in mind that just because you have reached the s *** burning stage does not mean you will be there. *** Being in a sizzling state again depends on whether  you are moving at the right speed for your body. Make sure you are within your target heart rate*.

*** Burning calories at rest

The only way you can continue to burn *** calories even a few hours after you finish exercising is through anaerobic exercise or weight training. Weight training *** Cozy burning key. Weight training is an anaerobic activity that burns more calories than aerobic exercise*. The calories you burn during weight training exercises are mostly calories from carbohydrates (i.e*. You need to eat more and more calories per day for energy); But most of the calories you burn at rest are calories from s ***. The reason why **** fires when you are at rest is that weight training boosts your metabolism, which uses the stored *** as energy.
