A young entrepreneur loses more than 4 kilos a month eating only homemade food and doing an hour of daily exercise Losing weight is one of the biggest daily headaches for many people, but when summer comes that problem is accentuated: we all want to be great to show off the best possible figure on the beach, in the pool or at that event. To which we have been invited and where we will coincide with our friends or co-workers. That is why, when it comes to losing weight, we must use all the available resources and make sure that when we start a diet or a weight loss plan we are not going to suffer the dreaded rebound effect. In other words, the kilos that we are going to lose will not reappear weeks or months later, multiplied again in our body. That is precisely what an Indian businessman has achieved. Despite his youth (he was less than 30 years old) he suffered from an overweight problem that affected him in his daily life. I had tried many ways to lose weight, but none of them worked. That is why, when this time he has achieved his goal, it is a good time to ask himself how he has done it. Lost 30 kilos The protagonist of the story is called Shikhar Shah, a young Indian businessman who had always weighed more than he should. However, there came a time when her weight affected her daily life. The scale had broken the 300-pound barrier and if he didn't do something with his life, it was clear he wasn't going to stop there. So, at the age of 29, Shikhar Shah decided to lose the extra kilos. He was 1.78 m tall and had a turning point: the day he thought he didn't want his son to follow in his footsteps. It was at that moment that he convinced himself that losing weight was possible and that he was going to do it the old-fashioned way: eating healthy and leading a healthy life. He started by swapping the high-calorie foods he used to eat for home-cooked food. As he explained to The Times of India, nothing in this huge world is healthier than home-cooked food. As a result, today, I no longer suffer from any problems such as headaches or back pain that did affect me before. But Shikhar Shah introduced another fundamental change in his life: he began to walk. At first, just one minute, what his body allowed at the time, then he increased the amount of time he spent doing sports and, finally, he established that he had to do an hour a day of exercise that he now divides between walking and running. A healthy and wholesome diet With these premises, Shikhar Shah has been able to lose 30 kilos in just 7 months, at an average of more than four kilos a month, to return the needle of the scale pointing towards 100 kilos, the figure that should never have surpassed a person of his stature and with his physical conditions. That has allowed him to be a new person. Shikhar was worried because his wife believed that he was going to have some health problems due to his obesity. That is why, when she decided to lose weight, she was the one who had the greatest joy, and she thinks of her when her strength weakens, although she admits that, since she began to follow her new lifestyle, she has not allowed herself a single whim. Its typical menu consists of 2 Shakira, type bread and 1 cup of tea for breakfast; At lunchtime, he has 4 or 5 “chapatis” type bread, a portion of vegetables, a bowl of legumes with salad and yogurt or curd; and for dinner, choose among other recipes 'dos as', beans with rice, or PMA, (a thick porridge cooked from toasted semolina or rice flour), among other recipes. He also eats other foods: before his sports hour, he drinks coconut water and 1 banana, while after training he drinks 1 glass of milk. This is how he has achieved his success, and he assures that the most important thing is to focus on the objective: "All you need to do is take care of your diet, do adequate physical activities and rest accordingly". He has achieved it.
