How to loose 5 kgs in 3 weeks ?

Losing weight is a tough job, and I do agree with it; it's easy to gain fat, but when it comes to losing it is quite hard. A person can experience pain in different types of weight loss. I'm going to tell you my journey and how you can lose weight easily and be healthy.

It is essential to understand that losing weight means a healthy lifestyle. I have seen myself at the place where I was overweight, and I couldn't feel good about anything. I wanted to do some work, but due to laziness, I just ignore it. I know it happens with everyone, but nobody takes action towards it. But I did! I lost 5 kgs in one month and made an achievement. I personally believe if I can do it, then anyone can do it. It's a matter of time; you need to be consistent and hard-working to achieve the goal.

*THE MAIN QUESTION IS HOW TO MAKE A GOAL*

When you want to achieve something, you should have goals. By goals I mean, targets that are small and can be achieved in a small period of time. Which makes a plan possible to complete. A lot of people follow wrong patterns. They think that they know everything and can do everything in one day, which is not possible.

The science behind losing weight:

Metabolism Explained

About 70% of the calories you burn each day go toward merely keeping you alive (called the Basal Metabolic Rate or BMR). These are things like breathing, circulating blood, maintaining body temperature (generating heat), producing new cells and recycling old ones, adjusting hormone levels, brain and nerve function, and sedentary tasks like sleeping, sitting or checking your smartphone.

About 20% is consumed in larger physical actions, like walking to the train, doing chores, or exercising. This is the factor you can control with increased activity. But unless you spend the entire day in the gym, it will never rival the calorie consumption of simply existing.

And finally, about 10% is used in digesting your food. This doesn’t vary much, whether you are eating “negative calorie foods” like celery that take more calories to digest than they supply or cupcakes. But that doesn’t mean you should binge on cupcakes!

When we think about losing weight, the assumption is we’ll be losing fat, but weight loss is more complicated than that because not all weight loss is necessarily fat loss. When we reduce calories, our bodies don’t exclusively turn to burn excess fat for fuel. We optimize for fat loss. So at iDiet, we prefer to focus on the question “how much fat can I lose?” rather than the question “how much weight can I lose?”.

In an ideal world, the body would only burn fat, we’d lose belly fat first, and it would be easy to look like a fitness model. But that’s unfortunately not the case. Let’s look at weight loss from a scientific perspective to understand better how to be successful.

1200 Calorie Indian Diet Plan

A lot can be spoken about what goes into an ideal diet chart. However, one’s nutritional requirement varies based on various factors. It could change depending on gender; for example, male dietary requirements vary from that of a female. Geography can play a role, with North Indian diets being largely different from South Indian ones. Meal preferences come into play since the consumption of food by a vegetarian or a vegan differing largely from that by a non-vegetarian.

Day 1:

  • After starting your day with cucumber water, have oats, porridge, and mixed nuts for breakfast.
  • Have a roti with dal and gajar matar sabzi for lunch.
  • Follow that up with dal and lauki sabzi to go with roti for dinner.

Day 2:

  • On the second day, eat a mixed vegetable stuffed roti with curd for breakfast.
  • For lunch, have half a Katori of methi rice along with lentil curry.
  • End your day with sauteed vegetables and green chutney.

I prefer to make sure of what you eat and make your own chart above 2 days were for an explanation.
