17 tips for long life
This is the question that researchers from Cambridge have looked at, and they seem to have found the formula for longer life. To this end, they recorded the lifestyle of 20,000 British people between the ages of 45 and 79 between 1993 and 1997. Then it was tracked who got how old. The core result: Those who adhere to the fundamental rules established by scientists in everyday life will live fourteen years longer than someone who consistently disregards them.
Even if you only stick to three of the rules, for example, if you are a smoker, pay attention to a balanced diet, exercise, and abstinence from alcohol, the probability of death increases by almost 1.39.
1. Sport:
Hard to believe, but sport is and will remain the long-running favorite in the race for long life. The immune system is strengthened, and the metabolism is boosted. Endurance training such as swimming or jogging and going for a walk works best. Those who enjoy strength training are also doing something for long life. Those who are sociable and have many friends live longer. The study showed that social bonds lower the risk of disease.

Little meat and more vegetable should make it to the dining table. Be sparing with meat and sausages. 60-80 grams per day is fine. Just 100 grams more increases the risk of a heart attack by 150 percent.
