Funny thing about breakfast is, it is the most important meal of the day. It's where you get your energy, focus and set yourself up for the day ahead. When you get up in the morning, you need to be full of energy to go through the day. In this video, I will be sharing my breakfast routine.

How much exercise do I need to be healthy?
We are only as healthy as our genetics. And in the western world, we have become adapted to a sedentary life. Our lifestyles require us to be sedentary because we do not have to work physical labor. This means that we do not get out of our houses, and we do not have to exercise.
If you are a teacher, I really encourage you to get out of your classroom and get out of your office. Get to know your students. Go to a park and play with the kids, or play with your dog. The simple things that you do are what is going to help your kids.

How many calories do I need?
I recommend that you follow the 80/20 rule. This means that you should eat for 20% of the time you are awake.
You should eat between 700-800 calories per day for the rest of the time. So if you are awake for 20 hours, you will eat about 100 calories.
For breakfast, I eat 50 grams of protein, half a banana, half a cup of oats, a cup of Greek yogurt, a teaspoon of peanut butter and I drink a glass of almond milk.
For lunch, I eat a can of tuna, a can of green beans and a salad with chicken, carrots, and beets.
How much do I need to eat?
To lose fat, you need to eat a small amount of food every few hours.
You should eat six small meals a day. So eat breakfast at 8:00, lunch at 12:00, and dinner at 8:00.
You can eat three times a day, or you can eat twice a day. It is really up to you.
You need to eat between 700-800 calories per day.
What is the ideal weight?
You need to eat around 75-80% of your ideal body weight.
You need to eat the same amount of calories that you would if you were at your ideal body weight.
WHY IS THE CALORIE INTAKE IMPORTANT?
If you eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight.
