This is your sign to allow yourself to become someone new.
Your old self got you this far. She’s done enough. A damn good job. But it’s time to move on.
The life you’re holding on to for the sake of comfort and familiarity is stunting you from inviting miracles into your reality.
Stop forcing yourself to try and relate to your old life. You’re both in very different places now. You can let go 💗
Say this little prayer and comment 🕊 when you’re done. Let yourself be free!
THE AFFIRMATIONS YOU CAN USE: Thank you past self for guiding me this far. Thank you for the lessons. Thank you for fun. I’m ready now to step into the next chapter of my life in full confidence. I embrace the unknown as part of my divine journey here on earth. Thank you and goodbye 💗
Leaving your comfort zone doesn’t have to be uncomfortable.
It sounds crazy, but we’ll explain.
Distractions tend to force us to contract 🌫 The fog of the past and future prevents us from growing into our truest selves, so we must rely on old habits and existing patterns.

If you don’t feel uncomfortable, you aren’t changing... you aren’t growing ⚡️
REMEMBER: "Flowers and sunsets. Both so beautiful."
"If you weren't afraid... what would you do?"
If you're questioning a transition in your life, if you choose to make it, if you have a dream that you're not going after, one of the first blocks you should look for is your fear block.
But here's the thing, this fear, more often than not, doesn't live on the surface with the rest of your conscious thoughts. Your fears, the ones that REALLY hold you back in life, live deep within your subconscious out of sight & out of conscious mind.
This fear block, more often than not, was formed during childhood. More often than not, this fear block is a belief you innocently adopted- a belief that ISN'T yours. (all the more reason to get rid of it 😉 )
SOOOO, when you're trying to get ahead in life but find yourself struggling to move forward, what can you do to identify your blocks?
👉🏽 Take some quiet time to reflect on what your parents/guardians would say about similar situations in your lives. Were there any sayings that were often said that could inadvertently install fear?
👉🏽 Practice becoming conscious of your thoughts & the way you talk to yourself. There are hidden messages in the way you speak/think to yourself, and you can discover them once you start separating yourself from & observing them.
👉🏽 Leverage tools like meditation & breathwork to access Alpha, Theta, and your subconscious. Once you're in those states, ask your subconscious to show you your blocks in this area of your life & be open to receiving.
