How TO Learn Yoga’s Relaxation Technique: A long lost art for rejuvenation

Human Body And Mind Overworked:

We all know that one of the things needed to keep a car in good condition is to cool the engine when it is hot. After all, the same principle applies to the human body. When the body and the mind are constantly overworked, their efficiency in performing their tasks diminishes.

Modern Social Life:

Modern social life, food, work and even play make it difficult for a modern person to use the right relaxation approach to rejuvenate. Celebrating nature will show us that animals love to rest and sleep. They slept as much as they needed. Rest and sleep are essential for rejuvenating our nervous system as our physical, emotional, and mental balance depends on the amount and quality of these essential needs.

Right Way To Relax:

They are the only ones that recharge these batteries and allow for proper termination of metabolic disposal. But how can one learn the right way to relax? Only the body condition given to us in Yoga can help the modern man to master the art of relaxation. To achieve this, three methods are used by yogis.

The Three Modes Are Known As

1. Physical Relaxation Technique

2. Mental Relaxation Technique

3. Spiritual Relaxation Technique

Physical Relaxation Technique:

We all know that all actions are the result of conscious or unconscious thinking. When we want to perform an action, a thought is produced in the brain, which is transmitted to the brain and, at the same time, the brain sends a telegraph idea through the senses, and the muscles contract. So since we can send messages to make muscle contraction, we can send messages to make it more comfortable.

Mental Relaxation Technique:

This form of relaxation is known as autosuggestion. Start the automatic motion from the toes upwards while the suggestion passes through the muscles and reaches the eyes and ears at the top. This is done by saying to himself: “With my toes my feet are free; so my ankles are relaxed… ” Relaxation Strategy: During stress, a person should breathe slowly and rhythmically for a few minutes and focus on breathing. Gradually the mind will become calmer and the person will be able to feel some kind of floating feeling.

Spiritual Relaxation Technique: However one tries to relax the mind, he cannot completely remove all the tension and anxiety from it unless he goes to spiritual rest. This in itself is a small but highly beneficial practice. Yogis know that unless a person is able to withdraw from the body and separate himself from the ego consciousness, there is no way to get complete rest. So in the rest of the mind, he withdraws and compares himself with all that is full, all powerful, all that is peaceful and happy, because every source of energy, knowledge is in the soul and not in the body. One can only free oneself from the grip of negative emotions by affirming one's true identity by mentally saying: “I am that pure consciousness or self” This identification and self completes the relaxation process. The method used here is to breathe deeply and evenly in a ratio of 5: 5: 5 seconds while mentally memorizing the above mantra. As you will see, it is accompanied by mental relaxation after the completion of the automatic physical stimuli. To get the most out of this habit, you should practice this right after you get up, before going to bed or even during a break from work or school, or right at your desk. I often tell people: “If God did not rest on the seventh day from creating the earth, then who are we, that we should not give ourselves time to rest?” So charge your energy and restore it physically, mentally and physically. To balance emotions and energy, use the techniques above to learn how to relax properly.
