How to lead a Long and Healthy Life?

No matter how good modern medical technology is, and they'll never be able to get rid of the problems caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. So instead of getting a state-of-the-art medical solution to any problem, it is much better to live in a rarely getting sick way.

An ounce of prevention is certainly better than a kilogram of cure. Here are seven tips on how to live a long and healthy life. In addition, it has the same way of life, that is, it helps in the prevention of diseases, it can also help you lose weight.

1. Exercise

In the past, people had to use their body's normal activities. Today, however, anyone can get out of bed, go to work, in the car, and then sit down, standing up to go home, in the car, and, if they can, stay at home for the rest of the day. In this life, there will be no physical work. This lack of physical activity is one of the leading causes of many diseases. Sports, running, hiking, walking, and other things need to be added to our lives if our normal work does not require us to be physically active.

2. I'm going to go to bed when you feel sleepy.

It may seem simple, but many people stay up late even when their body tells them that it was time to go to bed. Yoga and Ayurvedic doctors also say that it is better to sleep at night and active during the day. However, people such as students will have to drink coffee and create habits to study late into the night. Others develop the habit of staying active during the night and sleeping during the day. While we may be able to do this, it is, in fact, hurt your health. Alternative health doctors say that such an unnatural lifestyle is one factor that may contribute to the development of cancer and other diseases.

3. To eat when you're hungry

This is a simple idea, but then again, we often go against the body's messages. If you're eating out of habit or due to social pressure at a certain time of the day, even if you don't eat, you won't be properly digested. The increased level of acidity and stomach aches increases the risk of developing other more complex diseases. The presence of an appetite is actually a sign of good health. Still, if you have no appetite, you should wait for a little while and then eat it. (If you have no appetite even after waiting for a reasonable amount of time, you will need to go to the doctor because something is wrong.)

4. Fast, frequent, and systematic approach to

If you ask any person to work 365 days per year without any rest, they will complain and say that they must have a little rest, or else they will break. However, we have never needed to ask when we think about our digestive organs, which we have, day by day, without rest. She can't complain because the person is not your boss, but they make it clear that they will not work without taking a break. When we ignore those signals and force them to work on, these institutions are being destroyed. Why periodic fasting is necessary, refrain from eating for one complete day. It gives you peace of mind to your digestive organs and helps remove toxic substances from the body. In addition, regular fasting allows a person to gain extra time for intellectual or spiritual practice. Fasting is not meant to be a cave-dwelling hermit's life, but it is a reasonable practice that anyone can learn.

5.Wash your face with cold water before going to bed.

As mentioned above, a good night's sleep is essential to maintain your health. If you wash your important motor skills and tactile elements (hands, arms, eyes, legs, mouth, genitals) before sleep using cool water, it will help you relax and prepare for sleep.

6. Practice meditation regularly.

Your body is connected to your soul. Many of the diseases of this era are psychosomatic. Stress and anxiety hurt our physical well-being. Meditation is a mental exercise that, among other things, allows you to separate yourself from the worries of life. - Learn a simple technique and do it regularly.
