How To Know Yourself Your Inner Power

I'm upset. Right now, as I'm sitting here writing this, I'm really upset. Something happened a little while ago. I have a quarrel now and I am reaping the consequences of that. It's a lot of real results, I can tell you. Let's see ... anger, frustration, shame, disgust ... and then more anger and guilt by allowing myself to be angry and frustrated. All of this is confusing. It’s kind of crazy (no intended crime). I think even worse is that it is very common for most people. So, as I sit here and cook, let’s see if we can fix all of this. Where do all these bad feelings come from? Well, obviously at this point I was told. Someone who “could have a conversation” also said something. These words were taken from my mind, analyzed, and the appropriate “reaction” was produced based on the results of the analysis. No matter how deep we put into human psychology and mental functioning; that is a simple explanation of what happened. That is all we need to worry about. We can keep it simple, and then try a simple way to deal with the problem. The problem is whatever the person says. Words ... Just words. How can words have such a powerful effect? The answer is no. Affecting the power we give those words… our measure by them… our belief in them. So if someone calls you stupid, you may be upset. Why? I mean you know you're not stupid. Someone probably knows him too. Why do they react so badly? Why can't you ignore it? Well, at least you didn't go down without explaining yourself first. You can't stand to see that someone is stupid. It is not enough to know that you are not stupid. You need this person to agree with you. And what is wrong with that? I think it is natural for us to want other people to see the message we are trying to convey through our words or actions (whether the message is true or false). Sadly, no matter what we do, there are people who will always interpret things the way they choose. Basically, no matter how smart you show James, James (Sorry if your name is James) will still call you stupid, and maybe feel better than you. No sense in telling you now - I don't wanna ruin the suprise. James is no better than you. There is no. You have to remember that. Know yourself. Find your strength in that. What do you do with those who do not want to accept your side of the story? They left. Ignore them. Go after putting your point across. But do not be approachable. I will not be overly religious to you, but I want to make a point. Jesus Christ said, "Turn the other cheek." I think people misinterpret that as a sign of immorality; the desire to avoid conflict; even weakness. I do not agree. I think it is the act of a person who knows his inner strength and his worth so much that there is nothing you can do to remove that. Torture, torture and kill, yes. But you can never change the truth. People who are unable to cope with the hurtful speech of others go too far because they do not allow these words to reach them. Put another way, sticks and stones may break my bones, but words never hurt me. There is something missing there. That little “… unless I let them”. It is up to you to decide how you will respond to what others say or do. Believe in yourself, first and foremost. You will be able to withstand the negativity of others without unnecessary harm. Just remembering this principle of believing in you is enough to make my anger and frustration begin to disappear. I can feel it slowly evaporating as I finish this article. Happy days! I will also leave you with a quote from Marcus Aurelius about 2000 years ago… ”When you are pressured by anything external, the pain is not because of the object itself but because of your balance; and this you have the power to withdraw at any time ”.
