How to know if there is nutritional deficiency in your body? Symptoms by which you can know which nutrition is lacking in your body?

Our body is like a machine in which whenever there is a lack of nutrition, it starts giving us signals. So we should know what each signal means.

In this article, we are going to tell you about such symptoms and signals so that you can find out what nutrition is lacking in your body and how to fulfill it.

 So let's start -

 1) Cracking sound in joints –

Do your joints make a crackling sound? If yes, then it is a symptom of calcium deficiency. We all know how calcium is important for our bones and teeth. Excessive calcium deficiency can also cause arthritis.

To overcome calcium deficiency, include milk and products made from it in your diet.

 2) If your gums bleed when you brush or if there are cuts or blisters on your tongue, then it means that your body is deficient in vitamin C.

Gooseberry is the best source of vitamin C. vitamin C equivalent to twenty oranges is found in one gooseberry. You can include it in your diet in the form of juice, candy, powder.

3) Do your nails break easily, does the skin around your nails peel off, or does your hair remain very dry and rough? This means that there is biotin deficiency in your body.

Biotin is made by good bacteria in the stomach. Whenever there is digestive imbalance, these good bacteria are unable to make biotin, which leads to biotin deficiency.

For this, mix one spoon sugar in curd and eat it on an empty stomach, which increases these bacteria.

 4) If you have white spots on your nails, it means that your body is asking for zinc. Zinc deficiency is commonly seen in those people who often eat cakes and pastries.

Zinc deficiency has a very bad effect on the fetus of a pregnant woman. To compensate for this deficiency, include nuts and pulses in the diet.

 5) If the heels of your feet crack or your eyes remain bloodred, then it indicates the deficiency of Vitamin B2. The color of nails turning brown indicates the deficiency of Vitamin B12.

Vitamin B deficiency is common, and its effects are seen on skin, hair and digestive system. The main reason for vitamin B deficiency is lack of proper diet. Like eating more pizza, burger, pastry, chips and crunchy snacks. Therefore, avoid outside food and eat healthy home-made food.

6) If your face is turning pale or the redness of your nails is fading and the color of your lips is also becoming blurred, this is because of the deficiency of hemoglobin and iron.

To overcome iron deficiency, cook vegetables in iron utensils and eat them. Among fruits, beetroot, carrot, pomegranate, corn, apple are good food sources for hemoglobin.

 7) The main reason for the problem of vertical lines on nails, loss of eyebrows, or swollen eyes is thyroid problem.

Thyroid gland regulates the metabolism of the body. Hormonal changes are more in women, hence they have more chances of getting this problem, hence the starting point is to eat fresh homemade food and exercise regularly.

 8) If you have problem in seeing in the dark, then it is vitamin A deficiency. Vitamin A deficiency can be caused by liver disorders. This is the reason why some people eat plenty of green vegetables but are still found to be deficient in vitamin A. This is because their liver does not produce enough bile juice to absorb vitamin A.   vitamin A is fat soluble, so include ghee, butter, and raw dense oil in your diet.

 9) If you often get body cramps then it is a signal of vitamin E deficiency, hence massage your body daily with almond oil, and you can also drink one spoon of almond oil mixed in lukewarm milk.

If these small deficiencies are not taken care of, they can become big problems later, so take care of your diet and health. Stay healthy and happy.
