Change is the law of nature. Change is the most important thing in our life. It is beneficial to modify our lives because that is how we grow and progress. Change is a constant and necessary element of life. When you want to make a difference in your life, you must start where you are. It's hard to make effective change when you don't know where you're going. You should start with the baseline.
Start with a baseline, calculate where you are and what you are doing honestly so that you can see what needs to change. It may sound unusual, but when it comes to painting our portraits, most of us tend to be peaceful. When a client tells me they want to lose weight, I ask them to keep a record of meals for a week as a baseline.
