How To Increase Concentration Power By Doing 5 Effective Exercises.

Ways to increase the concentration of mind by doing exercises.

1. Train your brain

Playing certain sports can help you focus better, such as sudoku, chess, word search, etc.
According to the results of a 2014 study, 5 days a week: 15 minutes a day, brain training can greatly impact concentration.

Brain training games can help you develop your work and memory, as well as your problem-solving skills.

•  Thinking Games – You can train and strengthen the ability of a child's concentration power by using games that focus and focus. Crossword puzzles and card games such as Uno improve the attention of words, numbers, and pictures in a child's brain and increase concentration.

•  Sequencing – The link between sequencing and concentration is solid. Following recipes, setting the table, and putting things in alphabetical order are great for difficulty increasing concentration.

•  Just Sitting to Pause – In this category, 'Statue!' is a concentration improvement game, through playing which, one's brain is 'educated and challenged,' which strengthens the mind-body connection and improves focus.

You can choose puzzle boards that are right for the age of your child! And hey, you can get your kid involved in the game too. Can cry! And yes, you can join these games too! • Recognize the difference – it helps your child to concentrate for a longer period of time.

Y• tongue-twisters – Raw Papad, Pakka Papad! •our child needs a lot of concentration to speak this! Ou can also find more tongue-twisters online, which can give you or your child a good mental workout.

•   Find the words – Read a sequence from the child's favorite poem and skip a few words. Your little detective will need to focus very closely to spot the missing object!

Don't think that the brain while training games are only for children; their effects can be significant for older adults, as memory and concentration often decline with age.

2. Improve Your Sleep ( sleep well)

Everyone benefits from exercising. One of the many benefits of regular workouts is increased concentration. A 2018 study found that daily physical activity can help improve concentration power and focus after just 4 weeks.

Doing what you can do is better than doing nothing. Depending on your fitness and weight goals, you can work out more or less. But sometimes, just exercising isn't possible, especially if you're living with physical or mental health challenges.

If your heartbeat is fast, it means you are exercising. If you can't find time to work out or don't want to go to the gym, try to do things in fun ways throughout the day. Ask yourself:

•  Can you walk to school with your kids?

•  Or wake up 20 minutes earlier every morning and run around your neighborhood?

•  And can you walk to the market instead of the car?

4. Go out in Nature

If you want to boost your concentration naturally, try to get outside every day, just 15 to 20 minutes will suffice. If you want, you can take a short walk in a park or in the garden. Any type of natural environment has benefits.

Scientists have always supported the positive impact of the natural environment. It was also found that planting trees at work increases concentration power and productivity ands makes the air healthier.

Try planting one or two plants in your home for positive benefits.

5. Give Meditation a Chance (Try Meditation)

There are many benefits to meditation, and better concentration is only one of these benefits. You may also improve memory and other cognitive abilities. Meditation does not mean just sitting quietly with your eyes closed. Yoga, deep breathing, and many other activities can help you meditate.

If you've never done meditation, I can try to help you with something. The easiest way to start meditation is to sit quietly and focus on your breath is to be focused. An old Zen is saying, “If you are not busy, you should sit down to meditate for 20 minutes every day. And then you should sit for an hour."

But in my opinion, even in short moments, it's best to start with even 5 or 10 minutes and build up from there.

6. Change your Diet

The foods you eat can affect cognitive functions such as concentration and memory. In particular, be sure to avoid foods that are high in sugar and very greasy or fatty. Given below are the names of some substances which are consumed to increase concentration:

•  Fatty fish (think salmon and trout)
•  Eggs (both white and yolk)
•  blueberry
•  spinach

You can find more of the brain foods on this list in stores near you.

Drinking more water or staying hydrated can also have a positive effect on concentration power. Due to lack of water, your memory can also become weak. Itt would be better to have breakfast rich in protein and fiber early in the morning, with sugar. Oatmeal for salvage, a plain yogurt with fruit, whole grains, or bread with eggs is all good breakfast options.

7. Do Concentration Exercise

Concentration exercises often help children and adults who have trouble concentrating. This mental exercise involves paying close attention to an activity for a set amount of time. If you want, you can try the following:

Draw a picture for 15 minutes.

Try blinking as little as possible, setting a timer for 3 to 5 minutes.
When eating a lollipop or toffee, pay attention to its taste, and see how long it takes to eat it fully.

After these attempts, ask your children or adults to write a summary of what they felt during this experience. Younger children can use words to describe their feelings. Try to know where they lost their concentration power and how they could get back to meditation.

It can help them to develop skills useful in daily activities.
