1. Giloy juice…

2. Papaya leaf juice…
To increase the blood platelet cells, the juice of papaya leaves is very effective according to Ayurveda, for this prepare its juice by adding a little water to fresh papaya leaves. By giving this juice in the quantity of 15 to 20 ml twice a day in the morning and evening to the dengue patient, the reduced platelet cells start increasing rapidly.

Acetogenin, a phytochemical found in the leaves of papaya has been found very effective to increase low blood platelets cells.
3. Consumption of Aloe Vera Juice…
Aloe vera, decrease blood platelet cells starts to increase gradually by consuming its juice and the patient's health starts improving.
This has been found in many types of clinical trials. Aloe vera has been used successfully for many types of diseases in Ayurveda for many years.
Apart from this, if the dengue patient has any liver problem, then the condition of the liver is also improved by the consumption of aloe vera juice because this juice also acts as a very good liver tonic.
For this, the patient should take 20 to 25 ml of good quality aloe vera juice twice a day in the morning and evening half an hour before or after a meal.
Nowadays, the best quality aloe vera juice is available in the market, if someone can make fresh aloe vera juice at home, then that will also be a good choice.
Apart from this, the pulp of aloe vera can also be consumed. It is a bit difficult to consume the pulp as compared to the juice because it is very bitter.
4. Neem leaves juice...
In dengue fever or other types of fever, drinking one spoon of juice of fresh neem leaves in the morning and in the evening is very beneficial.
Neem is considered anti-bacterial and anti-viral in Ayurveda, in addition, it purifies the blood and removes the toxic elements from the blood. Instead of the juice of neem leaves, you can also eat four to five neem leaves by simply chewing them.
Nimbin and Nimbidin chemicals found in the leaves of neem have antipyretic, anti-inflammatory as well as anti-microbial properties.
5. Using goat milk...
According to Ayurveda, goat's milk is used in many types of diseases. In Ayurveda, the use of goat's milk in the treatment of TB, which is also called tuberculosis, is mentioned in Ayurvedic texts.
Consuming goat's milk also increases blood platelets cells, although it has been found that there is no solid scientific research behind it.
Apart from all these measures, taking fresh fruit juice or fresh fruits like kiwi, orange, lemon, apple, banana, papaya etc. also helps in increasing platelet cells quickly.
In Ayurveda, it is very important to follow a proper diet plan to cure any disease. The patient with fever should avoid the consumption of heavy food such as urad dal, fried food, chicken, mutton, food containing more spices etc.
The patient should take some sort of light foods like moong dal, khichdi, porridge, vegetable soup, fresh fruit juice etc.
