2. Common Misconceptions:

No pain, no gain. Pain is your body's way of letting you know that something is wrong. Do not ignore this. If you skip exercise and exercise, you will experience physical discomfort and need to overcome it. An example of this would be long-distance racing training. It is important that you have basic training before entering training in advance. Basic training improves the body and prepares you for more extensive training. You need to learn to read your body. Is it breathing hard because you are pushing your body, or could it be the beginning of a heart attack? Exercise is important. Do it right, and you can do it for the rest of your life. It is not uncommon for you to experience pain after exercise, but it should be done gradually with a good amount of rest time to allow for proper healing. There are two common problems here with the onset of exercise. You can cause permanent damage to muscles, tendons, and ligaments when working while in pain, without allowing sufficient rest time to heal. You may find yourself in constant and long-lasting pain if you do this, which means you will no longer be able to exercise. If you wake up the next day after a workout, and you can't pull your aching body out of bed because everything hurts, you will not be motivated to exercise at all. Persistent pain is a sure way to kill your exercise program.

3. Common Mistake:

Quantitative Giving Quality. When you are ready to increase the number of repetitions of a particular exercise, and strengthen the accompanying muscles, instead of forcing yourself to do a little more each time try to reduce the number of repetitions in the set but increase the number of sets. Also, go back to half your normal multiplication value but add a few more sets. You will feel a little tired, and you will be able to find the strength of your muscles moving faster.

4. Common Myth:

Weight Training Makes Women Weighty. A woman's weight training will strengthen and feel the muscles, burn fat and increase metabolism, not build weight. Women do not produce enough testosterone to build muscle the way men do.

5. Common Mistake:

Excessive emphasis on strength. You should begin to focus on your points rather than on what you already know. This will help you to balance things. For example, if your lower body is stronger than you are, try to work in this area only one day a week. Being smart about how you run will take you a long way. It is important to have a healthy body, so get out of there and start exercising today.
