Something along the lines of "Candidate must have strong verbal and written skills" or "Excellent communication skills a must!" is definitely on your list. We appear to be living in a society that is becoming more and more dependent on communications due to the rapidly advancing technology and growing globalization. Very few occupations allow workers to succeed without having good communication abilities in English.

Decide how many new words a day you wish to learn. Set a target. You could learn three new words a day, for instance, or ten. If you dedicate yourself to this goal every day, you will still learn 365 new words in a year, even if you only have time to learn one new word every day. Using your phone, make a note of your target number. Alternatively, share it with a learning partner so they can assist you in monitoring your progress.

Take note of new words everywhere you go. Visit a place where people speak English, and listen in on native discussions (either covertly or in a way that won't draw attention to you). Any terms or phrases you don't understand should be noted down so you may use your dictionary to look them up later. The English music you hear on the radio should be treated similarly. Gaining context-based knowledge can help you retain new words longer and expand your vocabulary more quickly.
